Question on the cost for pre-paid maintenance for qx60 dealer is quoting $1300. Im like shouldn't it be residualed along with the lease abd shlhld be lower?

No idea on the pricing. Very few makes residualize maintenance plans.

I get $551/mo before tax; your quote looks to be in the ballpark, if the tax rate is 7%

This is the revised numbers I got from the dealer.... All the sales price doesnt include the destination fee.. (700$). I have one doubt here .. Is the acquisiton fee and destination fee both different or same? I see $995 as acquisition fee in CA then what is this $700 they try to add in my number. Also the sales price include VPP discount of $1500. Not sure that is correct or not. I see that MSD payment amount is calculated based on no MSD monthly payment and 6 of them.. Is that correct?

Acquisition fee is paid to the bank. No way to avoid either of them.

Infiniti uses the pre-MSD payment amount, rounded up.

Other makes use the post-MSD payment amount.

Those all look like good deals...

But, in my experience, the MSDs will be calculated on the pre-MSD payment, including tax.

So, in each instance, each SD will be $50 higher.

Hi, I did ask the same with the dealer and he said 8k is if I buy the car but on lease the best they can do varies between trims around 4-6k. Do you know of anyone in this thread getting 8k off for a lease? If so can you share that thread.

8k seems amazing. I currently have an offer on a fully stocked FWD MSRP 57,260 for $50,000. Can't seem to get any better and the color selection is kind of lame (hardly any 2016 left). This is for a lease though.

They offer free maintenance for the 1st year. Which is not a big deal for a new car and basically it is the norm every where.

Anything charged by the dealer or the bank is generally taxable. Only government fees are non-taxable.

.00204 and 52% (36/15) or 50% (39/15). Add 2% for 12K

You'll have to sort out the sales tax issues for the lease.

I think you are right. Something if off as dealership is not giving me the details just high level numbers. This is what i got after asking for details.

$571.30 with $1146 due at delivery 12K/yr 39 month lease (This is for premium plus package)
If you loan Infiniti Financial an additional $2400, the lease price will go down the $539/mo with $1114 due at delivery

The Multiple Security Deposit program is a good deal. $32/mo X 39 months savings, just for giving them a refundable $2400 deposit for 39 months.

Long time reader, first time poster. Thanks for all the great info over the years.

We are looking at one of two remaining 2016 QX60s near us. Can you please share the best residuals and MF for January? It will be an AWD. No preference between 36/39 months, and as low mileage as possible (can't remember if we were able to do 10k on our last Infiniti, or if 12k is the lowest).
