We don't have Infiniti incentive information.

Lease variables are set to target a certain payment that will sell cars. They don't necessarily have to match reality.

I am in Dallas, Texas. Monthly payment could have been lowered if did not have the pay tax on the entire sale price.

Thank you everybody ( especially the mods) for the great information that's been shared here. I just started looking at leasing a QX60. One of the dealers I contacted sent this to me : "The discount for financing is $7500 off MSRP and it is $4500 off MSRP for leasing". This is in SF Bay area. Has anybody in this area leased for lower than $4500 of MSRP? I did not see any separate pricing for leasing and financing in the messages that I saw on this forum. Thank you.

You want to negotiate your best price before applying any incentives. This is true whether you finance or lease.

We just leased a QX60 AWD in NJ last week. MSRP of $50,050, the lease paper says that the final agreed upon selling price was about $4,700 off MSRP. In addition, a few dealers in my area have a 'guaranteed' savings certificate for about $4,800 off, though since we didn't check it out (the dealer was an hour away) I don't know if it was real or a bait and switch type thing.

$4,500 off MSRP sounds like it's in the ballpark. There may be a little bit more to get but you'll have to really stand firm and even then it'll come down to how the model is moving in your area.
