Hi,

Just started the process of looking for an SUV lease and was hoping you could give me a ballpark on what a lease for a 2016 Infiniti QX60 AWD with Premium, Premium Plus and Deluxe Touring. It would cost as built - MSRP of $52,795. Not sure what type of discount to take for the actual selling price. I would really appreciate the info on a 36 month lease with 15K miles per year in NJ. No money down and the taxes in the payments.

There are no lease numbers yet available for the 2016 QX60. Perhaps in February ....

39/15 numbers for 2016 QX60 AWD - .00125 and 55%.

Extra miles are purchased up front, at .15-.25 per mile. This cost is deducted from the calculated residual.

For Infiniti, the residual values are set assuming a maximum of 15K.

We don't know the actual rate charged up front for extra miles, so we provide a range. Not negotiable.

Can't help you with the payment unless I know the MSRP and adjusted cap cost.

Dealer can mark up the MF for extra profit.

That gives me a payment of $773/mo before tax, so I suppose $809/mo is in the ballpark, depending on the state and tax rate.

So on the lease negotiations. ....Is MF negotiable or not? I assume residual is set by lender and fixed. Sales price is negotiable.....Are any rebates and vpp numbers taken off of msrp or from invoice/negotiated sales price? Thanks

The base MF is the lowest you can go, unless you use the MSD program. The money factor we give is for top tier credit.

Residual is fixed.

If using VPP, you won't have a negotiated price. That price is fixed. Always assume that any quote already includes all rebates/incentives, unless they tell you otherwise.

The base MF is set by the bank; it can be higher based on your credit score. We assume top tier credit.

Given that this is for the 2016 model, the MF is in line - there is still a lot of inventory of the 2015 QX60's on the lot that the dealers are trying to move, so the numbers on those are better.

Our information shows the MF as .00190 for the 2016 QX60 AWD.

You sure this isn't for a 2015? 39/12 for 2015 AWD is .00122 and 60%. At least the MF makes sense; marked up, but possible.
