36 / 15K w/ 59% residual = $705/month
39 / 15K w 59% residual = $699/month

With these I calculate approx. 0.00197 MF so not sure if this is inflated or not.

Obviously sales price is way high but this was not a negotiation, just a first draft quote.

Appreciate your feedback.

.00119 and 59% for both 36/15 and 39/15. I get $585/mo before tax with your prices and the base MF. 

I think there is more discount available and you should get the base MF

I'm looking at a 2016 loaded in PA w/ 9% tax and with MSRP of 59560 and selling price of 55620. I have a trade with payoff of 47491 and trade value of 44000. I will make a down payment of 3038.03 to cover the majority of the negative equity. Current quote is 742.88 per month for 39 months and 10k/year.

I then asked for numbers on a lower MSRP vehicle of 55590 and selling price of 51921 and same trade numbers and down payment as mentioned above and was quoted a payment of 727 per month. How an that be? I feel like I'm being screwed here or they are actually giving me less for my trade and hiding the numbers in somewhere on the deal. I haven't agreed to anything and after reading some of the numbers people are getting in here, I know that I an do significantly better on the deal. Please let me know what you think and sorry for the essay here.

39/10 on QX60 AWD is .00119 and 62%.

Using the MSRP and selling prices of the more expensive model, I get about $642/mo with 9% tax added in. For the lower priced unit, the payment is $600/mo with tax added in.

However, I don't see the dealer fee or the acquisition fee accounted for - are these being added into the selling price? And, there may also be some negative equity from the trade finding its way into the deal.

Ask for the adjusted cap cost - that should identify any issues.

You don't pay taxes upfront in CA, so I'd guess the $1869 includes the acquisition fee.
Is your MSRP correct? Because the residual amount that you listed is not 62% of it.

Also, if this is FWD, I show a residual of 58% for 39/15, not 62%.

If your original base was .00130, and you made 7 MSDs to take it to .00060, why not make 9 MSDs and take it down to .00040? ($1300 more in MSDs)

I don't know selling prices for the QX60, but I agree with @jkipster Looks like you were trying to get them to hit a number.

FWD or AWD?

Infiniti does not offer 20K leases - you would take the 15K residual value and deduct on a per mile basis, at the rate of .15-.25 per mile.

I wanted to share the deal I just signed on a 2016 Infiniti QX60. This started after I stumbled across an article on the site Leasehackr.com from Dec 2015 about a great deal on leftover 2015's. After a lot of research, I was hoping for a similar deal. Discounts weren't quite as deep for the '16s, but the residuals were a bit higher. Here is what I worked out at AutoNation Infiniti Tustin (southern CA)-- I was working with Jordan Taulau, who was really awesome. 

39/12 lease on QX60 FWD (base model, no options)
MSRP: $43,090
Selling Price: $36,096 (~17% discount) -- this included a $1,500 discount from Infiniti's VPP (military discount) program
Residual: 60%
MF (pre MSDs): .00130 -- not marked up
9 MSDs x $350 each
MF (post MSDs): .00040
Cap Cost Reduction: $341.39 (after I had mistakenly ran numbers assuming 10 MSDs, they updated to 9, but tossed my final MSD in as a CCR to keep up front cash the same -- I was fine with this and didn't want to have them re work the deal given how good it was)

Base Monthly Payment: $297.92

Monthly Payment with Tax: $324.73

In Florida, sales tax is applied to the monthly payment, so I don't understand the $2500 sales tax amount.

It doesn't seem to be an auto nation dealership, but I just looked at it again and the "Sales tax" has ** next to it and below states "** County Discretionary Surtax 0.000%, Finance Tax 6.000%, Service Tax 6.000%, Service Tax (County) 0.000%" So am I to understand they're charging 6% fee on top of the money factor/financing?!?

I tried calculating the payment based on an article on edmunds but I get a higher payment then they're qouting me. I must be doing something wrong.

I tried calculating the payment based on an article on edmunds but I get a higher payment then they're qouting me. I must be doing something wrong.

Your quote is for a purchase. Though parts of that quote are valid for a lease, lump sum sales tax is not. Florida taxes the lease payment, monthly.

A lot of dealers like to give you a detailed quote, and then at the bottom of the sheet produce lease numbers, without the extra details on how they arrived at those numbers. (like this one).
