Yes.. Infiniti allows 9 MSDs, assuming the NJ dealer will do that for a NY resident.

I still can't make the math work. I confirm the MF and residual used, but when I plug in your prices for a 39 month lease, I get $520/mo. Even if I change the lease term to 36 months, the payment is still only $554/mo.

I do not see how the dealer is quoting $589/mo unless the cap cost is higher than the $52,900 the dealer is using.

I am getting a quote for a QX60 MSRP of 48,740. Cap Cost of $43,421 for a 39 month 12k lease. Total down is $1250 to cover inceptions. The dealer is coming up with a $509 lease price in Florida 6% tax. I used the edmunds calculator and came up to a payment of $486 with a MF .00147 and Residual of 61% (29,731). I asked what the difference was and they said the adjusted cap cost was $44,219 due to a bank acquisition fee of $800. Is this bank fee normal and is this a good deal at a $509 price.

I get $480/mo.+tax, using their CAP cost. I think the acquisition fee for Infiniti is $700. There is an acquisition fee on every lease.

$509/mo. + $1250 due at signing seems like a pretty good deal for a $49K MSRP vehicle.

Residual is a percentage of MSRP, not the selling price.
Did they give you that residual amount, or did you calculate it?

The IFS numbers are .00135 MF and 60% residual for 39 months, 15K/yr
