Base MF on 2016 FWD QX60 is .00175. What discount are you getting for the MSD?

Also need to know the cap cost in order to figure the payment.

With the base MF I get $707/mo. With .00085 MF the payment drops to $628/mo.

I have a JX35 I am turning in so I get a break on Texas Sales Tax. Nothing down, only first payment due at signing. I am getting VPP - is that the best deal or is better available? How does this deal look and what would the security deposit (MSD?) do to the MF?

That is the correct MF and residual.

If the selling price is the CAP cost, I get $481/mo.

You need about $2600 more added on to the selling price to get to $557/mo.

So, $700 for acquisition fee, then what else?

Ask for the adjusted CAP cost and a reconciliation between that and the selling price.

If you make 9 MSDs, you could drop the MF to .00085, and that would drop the payment by about $68/mo.

It's your payment rounded up, so either $575 or $600 each.

Yes, always negotiate your best selling price - that is your best chance at getting a good lease deal.

I see that through Edmunds special price I can get an immediate discount and get the car for $42,352. Can you please let me know what's the residual for this model and MF. Tax rate in NY NY is 8.75%.
With 0 down and only first month and DMV what should be my monthly payment? Thank you in advance for your help.

Using your prices, I get a payment of $508/mo before tax.

Remember that there are fees associated with a lease that you either pay up front or add to the selling price.

I went with an AWD instead with P1, P2, and Driver Assistance and splash guards. 39/10K

Selling price $44,778
Net cap cost $45,478

Net money factor 0.00081 (the system only deducted 0.00080 from the base 0.00161 MF for some reason)
62% residual $32,246.20
Monthly $438 including 9% tax

I traded in a 2014 QX60 with 13 payments left and lots of unused miles to go and got some equity back to offset driveoffs. Really like the refreshed front and rear on the new 2016s.

Hello Michaell, thank you for your prompt response. These numbers were taken from the Edmonds special offer available at a local dealer. With that being said, I already have a quote from a different dealer for the basic awd model about same MSRP all in, 0 down only 1st month and DMV for $475, what do you think is my best strategy to get closer to 450-460 and is it even possible? How does everybody get the significant lower buying price from the MSRP, thank you in advance for your advice

You negotiate your price just like you would for a purchase. Use the "make / model / year" pull downs at the top of the page to link to the price tools.

That rent charge seems really high. It should be about $87/mo. which is about $3400 for 39 months.

That's a good price, then. Don't you pay double taxes in Cook County? Some insane amount like 16-17%?
