Man getting a deal on a 2016 Highlander XLE is like pulling a tooth...you walk in the dealership and they pretend not to know about the lease special...and then they come back with exact numbers matching the add..4 weeks left on for 16's on the lot to be a year old and a model old...and they play hard ok keep them them on the lot 100's if not 1000's of highlanders around...

The Highlanders aren't as special as they used to be ... eventually, dealers will catch on to that fact.

Up until the last month, the MF for the Highlander nationwide was .00190 (standard MF from Toyota), so .00198 isn't that far off.

FWIW, the MF on the Honda Pilot is .00175.

Yes it is NC. I asked for a break down of what the other dealer fees were and got no explanation - seems pretty ambiguous to me.

Typical of Toyota dealers, plus you are in the SETF area, which doesn't help any.

It might work. The dealer in Tennessee should be able to tell you. It's possible that TFS can't lease to residents of SETF states, though. Also, you'll still pay GA taxes (on full purchase price).

We don't have Tennesee, but MF range from .00099-.00124, around the country.
65%/66% residual for FWD/AWD.
