That is correct .. TFS does not offer 10K leases.

36/12 on XLE AWD is 69%, as your quote stipulates.

With your prices, I get $384/mo before tax.

CA taxes the monthly payment; if the tax rate where you are is 8%, I get $415/mo.

All of this, I presume, is before dealing with the negative equity. Each $1000 added in will add about $28/mo to the lease payment (before tax).

We've always assumed the base rate for Toyota was .00190. But, we've no evidence of that. We've had other posters quote .00200 as well - it's possible your dealer is marking up the rate.

Check with other dealers?
