36/15 on the limited - 65% and .00190. Subtract 2% for limited platinum. Add 2% for 12k

Hi there, complete lease newbie here.

Looking for good monthly dollar numbers on a 10k/36mo, 2016 XLE AWD in NY (not NYC).
I've been getting offers from multiple dealers around $369/mo with $2500 down.

I know the advice here is to go no money down, but can't seem to budge them further. Can I keep pushing?
I'd like to get $369/mo with $0 down if possible. MSRP with the options I want is around $41k.

Also have Costco membership too if that's worth anything...

What would the above be for 12k/36mo?

$349 doc fee

$400 license plates

$569 last 2 payments of our Rav4 lease ( total 'payoff' is $16,569)

How's this for a deal?

We recommend negotiating the purchase price, not the monthly payment.

And, there will be some up front monies due at signing - acquisition fee, dealer fee, plates / registration, first payment, taxes. May come up to $2500, but ask the dealer for a complete breakdown of that money.

.00190 and 70% for 36/12. Not sure if Toyota offers 10K leases, but if they do, add 1% to the residual.

New to leasing and am very impressed with the Highlander. Started with the Costco pricing route with the local dealer. Sat for some quick numbers so going off memory but I received the following:

MSRP around $38,500
Invoice: $36,050
Costco: +$400 above invoice
Selling price: $36,450 ish
Residual: $26,500 ish
MF: 0.0020
Drive off: $900
$415/mo before tax
$449/mo after tax

I want to be below $400/mo inclusive of tax so they are going to run some MSD scenarios to see what that would do.

I saw a post on this thread on the 1st page about a similar person in LA who ending up getting one for around $350/mo with $3,500 worth of MSD so I was hoping to meet in the middle (of $0 down and the $3,500 MSD)

I reached out for a "e-price" from a dealer further away for the same vehicle and their off the bat e-price came in at $36,100 so I think there is a little room to work with.

Vehicle in question is 2016 FWD XLE with 2nd Row Captain's Charirs. Terms are 36/12. I am in the Inland Empire, Ca (San Bernardino County).

Do these numbers seem close?

67% and .00190 for 36/12. If Toyota offers a 10K option, add 1% to the residual.

We don't track selling prices in our lease discussions - use the "make / model / year" pull downs at the top of the page to link to the price tools.

I just walked out of a dealer because the salesman changed the MF on me from earlier this month.
MF went from 0.0019 to 0.0023. Does this sort of thing happen mid month? I thought MF was set once by month.
Also, how did the previous poster get 0.0017? I'm also NY. Same 2016 XLE. What gives?

If your dealer is charging .0023, they are likely marking up the rate for more profit.
