    Hi Michaell / Other mods,
    Can you evaluate this lease deal on the 2017 Santa Fe SE w/ Premium package.
    Terms: 24m/12k
    zip : 55344

    MSRP - 37,470
    Dealer Discount - 3197
    Selling price - 34,273
    Hyundai Rebates - 4000
    Adjusted Price- 30,273
    Doc Fee - 100
    Tax - 574
    Non tax ( title/reg) - 514
    Net price - 31,461
    Monthly - 416

    MF - 0.00083

    The MF is inflated as you have provided with a 0.00043.

    Assuming I get the below rebates:
    1. Uber $1000 ( The dealer claims its only for sales and not lease, however I have seen people reporting here that it worked for Lease. I have asked him to double check)
    2. Recent grad $400
    3. Boostup downpayment - $500
    4. Bonus drive after fact - $500

    Do you think its a good selling price ? Should I haggle more ?
    Am I better off trying to get the SE Ultimate since that has a lower MF ?

    I checked 3 and 4 and both are eligible on lease, however not sure about Uber.

    The quote I gave above was SE with premium package which has most options in the SE Ultimate, so I'm not too concerned about that.

    The reason I was asking about SE vs SE Ultimate was the MF being consistently higher for the SE AWD than SE Ultimate.

    I just got what I think is an outstanding deal. 
    2017 Limited Ultimate with tech pack (MSRP 43,150)
    for $399 a month with all the taxes and fees rolled in with only the first payment out the door.

    they did mention they used .00011 and 51% for MF/RV and gave me $650/Month for 12k/36 Months.

    I walked away as that doesn't seem right.
    or is above valid price?

    Those numbers give me $475/mo.
    Even if you add $595 for an acquisition fee, you are only at $492/mo.

    You did good to walk away.
