First, the info you guys provide is much appreciated. I'm looking for current MF and Residual on a 2017 Audi A4 ultra Premium Plus with the Technology package as well as any current incentives for Texas. Lease will be 36/12K. AudiCare always increases residual by 1%, correct? Thanks again.

Could be a mark up to the MF - tell the dealer politely that you won't sign where the MF is marked up. They know the base rate.

The only true variables in a lease calculation are the adjusted cap cost and the MF. If the MF is the same, then it has to be the cap cost.

Yeah, I wondered as I typed if this was too vague. I am in PA with a 9% tax rate. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to see the actual breakdown, yet, at the dealership to be able to see adj. cap. I was hoping there would be a ballpark idea of a payment using the few variables I provided.

Also curious if you have any ideas on how much negotiation can be made vs a BMW lease. Through my work corporate account, BMW offers $1500 rebate + 0.0002 off the MF. The local Audi dealer says they have an incentive program for the same company but don't provide specifics. Does it seem reasonable to ask for a similar discount at some point in the negotiation?

I wouldn't depend on the dealer to give you info on a corporate/fleet program. That information should come from your HR department. They don't hand those things out without confirmation and PIN numbers,etc.
