Looking at a 2017 Premium Plus with Technology Package. 36/12. One question, if I have every intention of buying at the end of the lease, should I consider 36/10 or even 39/10? I am in Florida, can I get the residuals and MF please?

If you have every intention of buying at the end of the lease, why lease to begin with? Skip the acquisition fee, the buyout fee, the fact that you'll have to finance the car with used car rates.

Quattro, FWD or Ultra?
Quattro, I think, but I'd like to consider the FWD also. I don't think I want the Ultra. I'd like the full power 2.0T
As for the purchase, I just have a hard time stomaching that big payment, and I'd like the option to walk away more easily. I'm sure I'll take a long hard look at just an outright purchase especially if I can get a really low rate and longer term.

However, I didn't see the acquisition fee(as I check from audiusa, it's $895) from the chart he showed me, but dealer insisted that the chart already including acquisition fee. Could you help me check if these monthly payments are correct once adding acquisition fee? Thanks.

Wanted to share another data point for the lease I signed in Texas yesterday:
2017 Audi A4 FWD Base Model (Premium) 36 months 12,000 miles / year Audi Care $465 / month post-tax with $2500 down
I think I got a decent deal based on what others have posted in this thread. I had originally negotiated $450 / month after tax but then decided at the last minute to add the Audi Care back in.

$2,500 down and $464/month. Is this a good deal? Should I try to get the first payment waived? Thanks!
EDIT: I found the exact car listed at just under $41K list, so they've taken just over $1000 off of that.
I was also told that they Audi was ending the program in which one can buy / lease loaners - is this true? I was skeptical when told this yesterday. Is this deal good, or could I probably do better? Is negotiating down another $2K to ~$38K too ambitious? What would the monthly payment drop to? Thanks.

Every $1000 you negotiate off the selling price is about $28/mo off the payment.

We don't track selling prices, so can't comment on how much lower you'll be able to negotiate the price.
Would like to get opinions on this deal I was offered in Massachusetts today for a 2017 A4 premium plus with tech package. Note that I would be doing a lease pullahead on my current car and thus do not qualify for the loyalty $750 (as far as they told me) as it is one or the other (they say)
MSRP $49370 Savings $3455.90 Rebate $1500 Cap Cost $44414.10
Sales tax $1354.87 Bank fee $895 Dealer/state fees $669 Total price $47332.97
Customer cash $700 Net residual $26659.80 Drive off $2200
Monthly payment for 36 months/12k miles per year: $619.20
This seems high to me. I don't know the money factor in play but maybe it can be calculated with the data here. Thoughts on all aspects of the deal?

Assuming Quattro, .00041 and 54%
MA charges tax against the monthly payment, so not sure what the $1354.xx represents.
Using the MSRP and "total price", I get $605/mo plus tax
What does the $2200 drive off cover? We suggest putting down only the first payment and RMV costs at signing.

yeah, i don't know exactly what the $2200 covers. In terms of the pricing, is this what people are seeing for this configuration of a 2017, or is it a high price?

We suggest a minimum of 6% off sticker, before incentives, on a leftover 2017.
Can you give me the MF for an A4 Quattro Premium (sport and convenience package). 36m/12.
Second question: on the post above you say: "$1500 marketing allowance." What does that mean? Also, does Audi still cover 1st payment?
TIA

What state? Audi numbers and incentives are regional.
Evening - Could I please have the 36 month residuals for a 2017 Audi A4 Premium Plus 2.0T Quattro in Texas?
In particular I have the following questions... 1. Residuals for 10/12/15K miles and 36 months. 2. MF for each if they vary. 3. Does Audi care still raise the residual? 4. First payment paid?

Is it $0 down, or $0 due at signing? They aren't the same thing.
.00041 is the base MF; so dealer 2 is marking it up.

The quoted payments are way off from that, even if I add in the acquisition fee. I'm also assuming the tax has been added in, as well.
Ask them to provide the "adjusted cap cost", with all taxes and fees added in.
For deal 1, that number should be $40,250; for deal two, $40,350

With your prices, I get $628/mo plus tax. I'm pretty sure KS taxes the monthly payment.
Confirm the adjusted cap cost the dealer is using for their quote (I used $47,336) and the MF they used (dealer can mark up for extra profit).
