FWD: .00052 MF and 57%/55% residual
AWD: .00099 MF and 59%/57% residual

The only decent terms are 36 or 42 months.

36/15 numbers are .00099 and 57%. Extra miles are charged up front at .15/mile, deducted from the residual.

We would need to know the MSRP and negotiated selling price to model a payment.

That's always the case with Audi .. the more standard equipment you get, the less the car will be worth at the end of the lease.

Pretty much true with any manufacturer that has different residuals for different trim levels (Honda, for example).

From the previous posts I know for a 2017 A4 Premium Plus Quattro 36/10 it's .00099 and 60%, any change if 36/7.5k, not sure if they even offer that.

Exactly. The dealer will cut you a check for the balance.

What is the typical dealer cost for the vehicle at this price. Id like to know a starting point for negotiating the sale price.

Sorry, my magic 8 ball is in the shop. Can't tell you what Audi may or may not do in the future. But, the numbers are pretty decent for a brand new released vehicle.
