Thanks. Dealer is quoting 60% RV and .0155 MF for the limited. . Msrp of $35,129 Selling price of $32,469. I am just unsure of the difference in the RV and MF. Payments are 380 a month. No cap cost reduction and sales tax paid up front.

So, is it a stick or CVT?
CVT: .00105 MF and 61% residual for 36/12.
Dealers can markup the money factor by .00050 for extra profit.
Dealer can markup the money factor, but they can't alter the residual. 60% is the 36/15 residual. To get to $380/mo, they have to be using the proper residual, assuming all other costs/fees are paid upfront.
Money factor markup from .00130 to .00155 adds about $14/mo.+tax
Could you confirm the Residual & MF for a 2017 WRX STI Limited?
Dealership has it at 64% Residual and .00145MF for 36 months @ 12K per year.
The Vehicle has a MSRP of $41,503.00, and the selling price is $38,800.00 (including Fees).
With a down payment of $650 on the selling price, I am coming up with a monthly cost of $453.00 (including PA Tax). The Dealership is at $478.00. Could you let me know where my calculations are incorrect (Or theirs)?

That's the correct MF and residual.
I get $435/mo.+tax (PA lease tax is 3% higher than the normal rate.. so, 9% or more). That seems to be pretty close to the dealer's quote. Is $650 your total amount due at signing? If so, nothing left over to apply against the CAP cost.

Payment seems a little high, given the $2000 upfront.
If your goal is to own the car, you'd be better off buying it now. While a high residual makes for a better lease payment, it also makes the buyout price higher, negating any advantage.

I feel the MF is still high from Subaru finance. Do you think it will come down more closer to when 2018s starts coming out?

Considering my credit score is at Tier 3. Is it still pricey? So it would be best to trade it in after 3 years? Thanks for all the input.

The 2018's are already out.
As Texas assesses sales tax against the entire selling price, it makes leasing expensive.
Find out what the adjusted cap cost is, then we can run the numbers.

24 month leases from Subaru are not competitive, at all.
Can I have the numbers (MF, residual) for 2017 base WRX with 15k miles/36? What do you think of MSRP of 28,190 with selling price of 26K? I feel like the selling price should be lower given it's a 2017, but wanted to know your thoughts.

Money factor markup from .00130 to .00155 adds about $14/mo.+tax
