I'm in the Chicago area looking at a 2017 Pacifica Limited. What are the money factor and residual % for a 36 month/ 15K miles per year?

Hey guys, thanks in advance for you help.
I've been going back and forth between two dealerships for a Chrysler Pacifica Touring L for 15k/yr in NJ. Both are MSRP $37,780. I was given a adjusted cap cost of $31,100 using US Bank with a MF of .0014 and a residual of 37%, but somehow got to $453/mo for 39 months with $1000 down. (I'm confused with their numbers).
The next price was an adjusted cap cost of $32,500 with $3000 down for $400/month for 36 months.
Based on Chrysler Financial numbers of a MF of .00050 and RV 46% for MSRP of $37,780, with an adjusted cap cost of $31,100, $800 down payment, I get a payment of $433.25 per month. Am I reading it wrong and not taking something into account?
Also, what does the MF and RV look for 39 months?

I'll guess that you won't get the same adjusted CAP with the Chrysler Capital and USBank leases. The incentives are probably greater on the USBank lease.

I currently have a ford lease and an old honda minivan which I own. I know there is an incentive for competitive lease and an incentive for a minivan, but not sure what the requirements are and if I can do both or if the competitive lease has to be a minivan.

I was comparing the TL+ and TL pricing and the difference is significant. Could you help me identify the main differences between the two?

I am most likely interested in having the following features but I am not completely sure if I could get them all with the TL package. Could you confirm is this is possible?:

- Automatic sliding doors (including the cargo door) that are activated with key (I believe this is what they call Power Liftgate and Power Sliding Doors?)
- Safety Tec
- Remote vehicle start
- Captain seats
- Uconnect 8.4
- Fog lights

Seems good to me. Numbers seem better than the MF/RV provided (.00036/47%). Here is a how I calculated it. If your numbers are correct looks like they are giving you a better deal than the MF/RV provided here. You may want to make sure they included all the taxes in the numbers they gave you.

I'm in the Metro Detroit location, so the lease calculator you used would be for 6% interest rate. Doc fees are capped at $200. Yeah, I think I'm getting a good deal, I have to go back and check if they're not playing the whole quoting me for 39 months but advertising it as 36. I've had that happen before.

Incentives off the top of my head were, $2,500 Lease Loyalty, $1,000 Lease Cash, $500 Bonus Cash.

How does it look? I there any other information I should be looking at or that you need to evaluate completely?

Ok, i got thrown a curve ball today. Apparently USBank is providing $7750 in rebates, where Ally is providing $4000. Can anyone comment on USBank's MF and RV? I don't have those figures.

US Bank is very strict when it comes to returning the car, so plan to pay for every little thing or buy it after the lease. Are they still going to stand by their original offer? I assume this was with US Bank. They should provide a breakdown of all the costs like the pic above.

You will do a lot better with US Bank, but they will get you for any damage/issues at lease end. If you get another printout with US Bank lease please post it here.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost, and how they got that number from the selling price.

On the surface, it doesn't look that good, relative to MSRP and the discount given, but that's just a guess.
