I am being reimbursed all the money I have put out also. So obviously the deals have changed since July being the new incentives started August 2 and just want to be sure. I've read so many article on leasing I think I've confused myself even more

OK, so you are staring from square one.

As noted, we don't have the US Bank numbers, so we can't help you if you choose to use them again.

The Chrysler Capital numbers for 36/12 on the Limited are .00079 and 51%

But, you'll want to negotiate the best selling price you can - use the 'make / model / year' pull downs at the top of the page to link to the price tools.

You guys are the best. While I'm in the Pacifica forum I'm giving a big thank you for arming me with the data necessary for the Honda Civic I just leased. Wife's lease (which you helped on too 3 years ago) is up in a few months.
Can you provide MF and RV for Touring L and Touring L Plus? 36 month / 12k (or the sweet spot lease)

This is not the best deal I have made on a lease but I am curious on your thoughts as I am far above the payment on my previous leases and worried I could have done better. MF/Res. are exactly what you provided.

Congrats! I would have strongly considered a deal like that a couple months when I leased a Sienna instead but couldn't get anywhere close to those numbers.

Yes through Chrysler Capital.

There are other banks the dealer can use, but we don't have those numbers. There are often large rebates available for using those third party banks.

Do you calculate a trade in before or after the adjusted capital cost? For instance, if a car is $20,000 and sale price is $18,000, and they say there are $1,500 in rebates, the adj. capital is 16,500, correct? And if you offer up your trade it becomes 15,500?

That's how it should work, yes.

But, remember that there are the fees and taxes associated with a lease that will make the cap cost higher if you don't pay them up front.

The calculator spit out the correct payment, given the data entered.

Are you sure the $41,716 sale price doesn't already account for the $3000 rebate?
Are you making a $2500 down payment, or is that full amount due at signing?
What are the $1262 in costs added to the lease?
Tax is paid upfront or capitalized in NJ. Entering a percentage into a lease calculator will cause the calculation to be off.

Yes the $41,716 does take into account the $3000.
I am making a $2500 downpayment.
The $1262 is the added up bank fee, registration, and doc fee.

So.. if the $3000 is already figured into the $41,716 sale price, then you can't list that as a CAP cost reduction, in addition.

$41716 sale price (including rebate)
+$1262 fees/etc.
-$2500 downpayment.
+$1450 sales tax (estimate)
$41,928 adjusted CAP cost.

I get about $536/mo. with $2500 + 1st payment due at signing.

The money factor looks to be .0004 now but based on the $459.00 per month they are offering for the limited for 39 months, the dealer is either making a contribution or the money factor is at 54% for 39months/10,000 miles? Can you tell me what you come up with for money factor for that term? Thanks again for all the info.

Normal? Anything is normal when the marketing and accounting folks get together to determine the lease numbers for any given month.

Chrysler seems to have a hit with the Pacifica, so there is no reason to incent the lease deals.
