Why the standard MF is so high? The regular MF is 0.00004, but the standard one is 0.002, which is almost 100 times higher. Even with 10K off the MSRP of fully loaded one, the MF is close to $200 per month, which is strange.

It's what Chrysler Finance believes they can get away with. The hybrid is unique in the market segment.

They expect hybrids to sell well. No need to incentivize the money factor. That could change, once they actually get the vehicles and start to sell them.
How does $7500 tax credit affect lease price? What would 36/10 lease payments be for hybrid platinum assuming sale price is full MSRP. No money out if pocket.

$7500 off would take about $220/mo. off the price.
Technically, there is no tax credit for the lessee on a leased vehicle. The tax credit goes to the bank (and, it's less than $7500 on a lease), and they may choose to pass that along to the lessee as a rebate. That rebate is a CAP cost reduction, and is subject to sales tax by most states.
OK So then if MSRP46,790 and the $7,500 is given as a rebate, with a net cap cost of 40,385 what would payment be for 24/10 or 36/10 in New Jersey. Thanks

Hybrid Platinum - standard MF (I think .00213, this month) and 65% or 59%
With your prices, I get $566/mo for 24 months or $500/mo for 36 months.
This assumes that you pay all taxes and fees up front.
Can anyone tell me what people are paying for the 2017 L+ with the Advanced SafetyTec Group (total capitalized cost). The MSRP is $41,385 and invoice is $39,880.
I like this car, but compared to the Honda Odyssey and Kia Sedona the Pacifica lease seems to be very expensive. Makes me wonder why there are so many Pacificas in rental car fleets given how relatively expensive the vehicle seems to be.
Not sure if this is helpful but I will share what I paid today...leased the 2017 touring l plus with nav and DVD. Msrp was about $40k. i put $500 down, 36 months, 12k miles payments are $495 - state of Florida. I traded in a 2016 odyssey- lease with 17 months left (yes, 17). Payoff was 29500 they took the trade in value at 27000. I did A LOT of research and time with the Odyssey and Sienna so I had tons to compare. Chrysler gave me the best deal and it was the most expensive car of the 3 I was looking at. odyssey- Exl with nav, no DVD. 520 month, $1700 down sienna- no nav or DVD, $600 month (2 dealerships and both wouldn't negotiate), $1200 down

Congrats! Given the amount of research you did, I can't imagine you did anything but great.
Hello all, does anybody know how 7500$ federal rebate will be considered for Pacifica Hybrid lease? Is it already integrated into residual or will be an extra cap reduction?
also is this lease eligable for 1000$ conquest cash?

No information on how the incentives work for the Pacifica Hybrid.

It is surprising that there is no info and yet dealers are receiving cars. Perhaps May 1st there will be an update from FCA

Has nothing to do with availability on the lots; we don't have any FCA incentive information, even for cars in stock.
Hi, any May 1st update on MF, residual or incentive for hybrid platinum in Southern California 92130 for 36/12k lease? I hope they make it for leasable ... Thanks a lot for your time
Hoping the new details are released this morning on Pacifica Hybrid leasing.. any updates on MF, residual, incentive for Hybrid Platinum in Northeast (NY) 11797 for 36/12 lease. Of course the million dollar question is what leasing firms do with the $7500 Federal rebate (residual boost or straight up cap cost reduction). Thanks very much for any info you can provide.

Would you please tell me the MF and Residual for a Limited with 36/10 and 36/12 in New Jersey? Thank you very much for taking the time to look this up!

Did the MF for May shoot way up now?? I am seeing 5 posts up that the Limited is at .00062 MF for May, but on the last page late-April posts stating .00004 MF ? Hopefully this a typo or specific state discrepancy?
To confirm, can I please get the MF and residual for May for IL, for both the Touring L Plus and Limited, 36mo./12K ?

A big shout out of Thank you to the adminstrators and moderators here - so glad to have found this forum!
I'm looking for typical residual value and money factor (assuming excellent credit rating) for a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica, Touring-L with the optional 25L Package, 36 months/12K miles in Southern California.
Also a couple of questions for my education -- does the residual value and money factor depend only on the car model/trim, length/miles of lease, and the customer's credit rating, or there additional factors involved? Secondly, is there usually any room to negotiate with the dealer on the residual value and money factor, or is it best to limit the negotiation to the cap cost and/or the final monthly payment?

.00069 and 51% for 36/12 on Touring-L
MF is set for top tier credit; can't go any lower than that. However, the MF can be marked up as much as .00042 by the dealer for extra profit.
Residual is set by the bank, and the dealer cannot modify it.
However, both those numbers will vary by trim level, lease term and (residual only), miles per year
The only variables in a lease are the cap cost and the MF - negotiate the first just as if you were buying the car, and ensure that the dealer is using the base MF in their calculations.
