The site lists the "interest rate" for 36 months at 0.36 percent, which jibes exactly with the MF quoted.
cheers -mathias
What's the criteria to differentiate between the $3K cash back option and the $1500 cash back option? Both are listed. When you go to the Chrysler website, it appears they apply the $1500 cash back and not the $3K.
If ya reads the fine print, it says "..to be applied to the customer's lease" and for others "..may not be compatible with all offers" or whatever. The largest number for most cars and certainly for the minivans is for leasing. The 'lease conquest' definitely stacks with leasing, but I don't know about the other ones.
In any event, you have to make sure to get the trim level right.

There are often different incentives for purchase vs. lease.
Leased a Pacifica Limited with Advanced SafetyTec and UConnect Theater in S. Florida this week. Selling prices was ~10% less than invoice price and then $4750 incentives (shown below) stacked on top. The incentives two weeks ago were $5500 but car was still in transit so I could only get incentives in place on delivery date.
Residual was 48% for 36 Months/12K Miles and Money factor was 0.00040
66LH1 Southeast BC Lease cash thru 10/03/2016 $1500 SECH5 Southeast Chrysler Capital 2017 Bonus Cash thru 10/03/2016 $500 SECHJ2 South Florida Auto Show thru 09/19/2016 $500 38CHA1 2017 Conquest Lease to Retail/Lease thru 01/02/2017 $1000 (because I was leasing a competitor minivan previously and needed to show my lease to qualify) 44CHN3 Pacifica Lease cash coupon thru 10/03/2016 $500 44CHN4 Pacifica Lease cash coupon thru 10/03/2016 $500 SECHK2 South Florida Auto Show CCAP lease Bonus Cash thru 09/19/2016 $250
I believe they also have a national lease going now for a Limited @$459+Tax/Mo with 39 Months/10K Miles.

Hi, I'm looking for MF and residual for a 2017 Pacifica LX w/optional 8th seat. Looking for 24 or 36 months at 10k miles. In Illinois (60076).
I'm new to leasing. Should I be negotiating on anything beyond price? Are the MF and residual value set in stone? Any additional advice or references to other posts is appreciated.

Standard MF of around .00200 and 59% (24/10) or 52% (36/10)
MF can be marked up by the dealer; residual is fixed by the bank.
Hi! Can you please let me know the current MF and residual in NJ for the 17 Pacifica Limited w/ option 8th seat for 36/M at 12K miles. Thank you and I appreciate the assistance!

Hello again, incentive question: I spoke with one dealership that agreed to a sale price of $27,462 on the Pacifica LX with 8th seat and keysense (off an invoice of $30,072, so 8.68% below invoice). They also offered me the promotional 0.29% rate (.00012) for a 36 mo lease at 10k miles and said they could also apply the $2,000 cash rebate from the manufacturer.
Another dealership I spoke with said it was either/or: you can get the $2,000 rebate OR the promotional financing. Is that true, or should I be able to get both the rebate and the financing at any dealership?

Generally, you can take EITHER the rebate OR the low financing; I've not seen many situations where you can get both.
Ask a third dealer and see what they say.
EDIT - wait, this is for a lease? The .00012 MF is for top tier credit, and is independent of any possible lease-based incentives.
I need help please! Looking for October numbers. Dealer said 12/36 with $1100 down would be $599/month. This was for a Limited with wheels, Safety Tech and Theater package options. They would not give the money factor, and I assume the residual was 49% from what I saw on the print out (they kept it). I am coming off of a T&C lease 10k/39 that I was paying $258/mo with nothing down. Guess I got a steal last time around. I cannot believe they want $600/mo for this vehicle. Is $600/month a going rate for a lease these days?!? PLEASE provide input/advice. THANK YOU!

Chrysler numbers expire today.
36/15 for Limited is .00040 and 46%.
As popular as the Pacifica is, they aren't leasing all that well.
So how do I figure out a good monthly price/cost? The MSRP is 48650. They told me 12k for 36 would work out to 599. How do I run the 15k for 36 with those numbers and get a result? Any online calculators you can send me to? I just have a hard time believing I should lease if I can get a loan for nearly the same amount per month and then just sell it in 3 years. Leasing used to be a cheaper alternative by a wide margin. I got a local bank loan quote to buy it for 683/month no money down. I just cannot believe $600 is a good "deal" like they are trying to tell me it is.

We would need to know the adjusted cap cost and how much is due at signing to run the numbers.
Out the door price of 45800 (no counting incentives if there are any...not sure if they expired or what is current) and 1100 down for "fees" on the loan (tax title, etc.). My attempt at the calculator you suggested was less than a good looking price to me...I hope I entered something wrong. I'd love to know what you come up with if you don't mind basing it off of the 15k/36 number you mentioned. I REALLY appreciate it!

Those prices result in a payment of $678/mo before tax.
As I said, they aren't leasing well.
Have you considered an alternative brand? Odysseys and Siennas are both leasing better at the moment.
Did a deal today for Velvet Rec Pearl Limited 10k/39month through Ally Finance for $445/month with $445 due at signing. Incentives were the ones expiring Today. Cap cost was $40,500 with $7,500 in incentives. Pretty killer deal if you ask me.
@Michaell >> As popular as the Pacifica is, they aren't leasing all that well. That sort of makes sense.. they are popular, they are selling, why should FCA put massive incentives on them? The Dodge Gd Caravan might make more sense to lease.
@thomwrealtor >> Wish they were offering something under 500 to me
Leasing is a great way to obfuscate. You will not be "offered" a good deal, you have to know how to ask for it.
>> So how do I figure out a good monthly price/cost? Fastest way I know how: MSRP = known Capitalized Cost = what YOU pay for the car. Residual = MSRP * 0.46 [from above: "36/15 for Limited is .00040 and 46%."]
Upfront cost is taxes on any rebates (lease support, bonus cash, whatever) + title/registration. Monthly "depreciation" = payment without finance charge = (Cap Cost - Residual)/36 Monthly finance charge is (Cap Cost + Residual) [yes, PLUS] * 0.00040
Total monthly = (Depreciation + finance charge) * 1.06 [if your use tax is six percent].
That will get you awfully close. What's missing is what part of the discount/rebate is taxes and what isn't.
GIven the example: "The MSRP is 48650" and ASSUMING a discount of $7,500 from what was posted above, I get for 36/15:
Cap Cost = 41,150 Residual = 48650 * 0.46 = 22379 Monthly "depreciation" = (41,650 - 22,379)/36 = 535 Monthly finance charge = 25.61 For a total payment of approx 560 bucks with nothing down and approx. $1000-1,500 due at signing. Or nothing at signing, as you should qualify for lease loyalty.
At that rate I'd take a good look at a Dodge Grand Caravan...
Just leased a Pacifica Limited last week. MSRP of $48,475. 39/10 lease in NJ. Total costs were $3000 down and $480.24 for the next 38 months ($18,249).......total outlay over the 39 months of $21,249 or $544.80/mo ("all in"). This includes 7% NJ sales tax, doc/fees, wheel & tire insurance (20" rims) and GAP insurance (Chrysler Capital). It was an end of month sale and the dealer was looking to make his numbers. You may have better luck at the end of October (and definitely at year end). SD

>> No Chrysler numbers for October. Not likely to see any, this late in the month, sorry.
To clarify: This means Edmunds won't get the numbers in whatever way they usually do... it does not mean that there are not incentives.
Here in Michigan, ads offer $273/mo for general public; $237/mo for folks with the employee discount for the Pacficia LX. $1k "cash or trade down", plus taxes and fees. I don't think those numbers can work without significant lease support, though I have not tried to work them backwards
Dodge ads I get on my computer show "up to $5,500" in discounts on the Grand Caravan R/T.
FWIW, cars.com has no incentives for the Detroit Three listed either. Except for Cadillac. But they ain't Detroit no more. They's New York
Can I get the figures for a Touring L 10K miles 36 mo. In California is that is a factor. Thanks. Also if you know of any incentives like Conquest or dealer cash available.

A second dealer wouldn't budge above 48% residual on a 10K touring L. He did slip up and mention a $1000 conquest incentive in addition to the $2000 dealer incentives. We were at MSRP 35,490 Sales price $31081 Resid 48% MF .00015 36mo/10 K $424 including California tax ~$390 pretax. I took a pass.

Can you provide numbers for Touring Plus and Limted both 24 and 36 mos 15k per year. Seems like they still aren't leasing well so it's probably not an option for us but want to confirm.
