Sorry. It's the Touring-L Plus I was referring to. The dealer is still telling me the MF is .00061 for the Touring-L Plus, not .00019 as you mentioned.

Sorry. It's the Touring-L Plus I was referring to. The dealer is still telling me the MF is .00061 for the Touring-L Plus, not .00019 as you mentioned.

That's because the dealer can markup the MF by .00042. Coincidence, eh?

Be polite and tell the dealer you won't sign a deal where the MF is marked up. They know the base rate.

The Chrysler Capital acquisition fee is $595.
Some regions are waiving that fee for 36-42 month leases on the Pacifica, this month.

Security deposit is waived for top tier credit.

according to credit karma, and my bank, my fico is 728. I hope this qualifies me for top tier. Also, does anybody know if joint mortgage the entire mortgage payment is considered towards DTI? My wife will not be on lease, If full mortgage payment is factored into my DTI will be around 50%. We split mortgage payment but I'm afraid there is no paper trail to demonstrate we split equally. My last lease we just spot delivery on a saturday, and they didnt ask any of this or verify anything.
I have zero other debt.

Be aware that there is an 'auto enhanced FICO' which puts more weight on your car credit history - might be a different number than the 728.

But, 728 is top tier, no problem.

If all you have is the mortgage, I don't think I would worry too much.

To be safe, do not take delivery until the lease is funded after you've been approved.
