    Payment w/ $0 down: 378

Ford uses APR instead of MF .... divide by 2400 to get the decimal MF for calculations.

You must be in PA .... using your MSRP and net cap, I get a payment of $337/mo with tax included.

The $1258 rolled in will add about $38/mo, so $375 total.

Pretty close to the dealer quote ....

Hello! New to the forums & leasing. Appreciate all the help here!

    Look for an Escape Titanium:

    Sales Price (after $2,250 rebate): $30,070 + $700 dealer fee + $1,970 tax & tag.
    Trade in: $5,000

    36/ 10.5K with $1,000 down > $278 per month.

Does this look OK, or a bit too high? Thanks in advance!

    55% residual.

    What state is this?

    What is the tax rate?

How is the $5000 being applied to the deal?

    What is the MSRP?

    Thanks @ Michaell-

State is GA, tax is 7% and the $5000 is being taken out upfront from the total price after the rebates and tax. MSRP is $35,015.

    Thanks!

    Thanks!

.50% APR (MF) and $1750 lease cash.

GA taxes the entire selling price, so I'm sure that some of that equity is going to the tax.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted capitalized cost .. if any of the trade equity is being used as cap reduction, you don't want to do that. Have the dealer cut you a check for anything left over after taxes and fees are accounted for.

    Ford:
    1.00% APR and 55% residual.
    $2000 lease cash
Given the numbers we have, $335/mo. with $1750 upfront looks pretty high.

    Toyota:
65% residual. We don't have your area, but MF is .00010-.00055 range.
Either way, looks like a lot better deal than the Escape.

  • I live NY, NY.. also looking at the Escape 2017 Titanium with all the lease incentives being offered. I read the very helpful threads above. Is the residual and APR set on an annual basis/monthly basis... or does it fluctuate throughout the year? For the 2017 Escape Titanium.... is it still the same currently? For 36 months / 10.5k miles per year... .still 59% and 1% APR? Is the info posted anywhere official that I can point to when in the dealership trying to negotiate? All of this is very helpful - thx v much

For the Titanium, I show 55% and 1% APR. $2000 lease cash.

Ford numbers are valid until 1/3/17

Residuals are updated quarterly, APR and incentives can change monthly.

Our information is confidential - if the dealer is marking up the MF/APR, tell them politely you won't sign the deal. They know what the base rate is.

And, there are lots of Ford dealers to choose from. Only takes one to meet your numbers.

The APR is regional, and, you are correct, we don't have the MA numbers. I picked the region closest.

Could very well be .75%, but, call a few other dealers to confirm.
