We don't have the current Hyundai programs, and the document doesn't include the money factor, so we can't calculate a payment.
How is it possible that they gave you all of those numbers, but didn't quote a payment?
Ohio taxes the payments, but collects the money upfront. "Capitalized taxes" means that the amount has been rolled into the CAP cost (so, it's included in the payment).
The $250 doc fee is negotiable, but your time will be better spent trying to get a lower selling price.

If it's any help, i'll be picking up a 2017 Limited with ultimate package and all their little forced add ons like mats, cargo package, wheel locks, hitch, etc., either today or Monday.

Bottom line sticker is $35,720, not including tax, fees, and all the other happy horsecrap you gotta pay.

With $3100 down, plus $1500 in rebates, and something like a $1000 discount, i'm out the door on a 48 month 10k/yr lease for $312 plus $19.52 sales tax.

I don't have the residual percentage or MF at this time, but it's for the September deals which expire today. They had me sign even without the car being in so I wouldn't lose the offer since October was thought to have a smaller rebate.

I got a 2017 Tucson this weekend (10k/36mo)

MF .00031
from my paperwork it looks like a 61.3% residual value.


(They cooked the books too much for me to understand how they didn't use a whole percentage for Residual Value. But the lady in Finance confirmed the Money Factor as ".0031"; to which I corrected her and she confirmed ".00031")


(Not sure of our trim package because the dealer did a bait-and-switch. So we likely have an SE, but none of the paperwork says it.)

My wife is happy, so F** it. :-)

Adjusted Cap Cost: $28,275 (includes acquisition, lease cash, and no cap reduction - $0 down)
Monthly Base: $335.69 (doesn't include tax)
Due at signing: $807.30 (upfront includes first payment, tax and license fees)

Interest (MF) is ridiculous as its a Hyundai for goodness sake.

As we don't have the numbers for Hyundai this month, we can't tell you if that MF is marked up or not. Dealer can add .00050 to the base MF from HMF.

The math is correct, BTW.

We don't have Hyundai info, this month.

But, 10K/yr is the lowest allowance offered.
