You didn't specify, so I'll assume AWD in NJ.

.00113 and 60% are the correct numbers.

If the selling price is the cap cost, I get $353/mo.

Confirm the adjusted cap cost with the dealer - if higher than the selling price, find out what's been added.

We recommend you roll the taxes, bank and doc fees into the lease payment. You won't get a pro-rated refund of them if the car is stolen or totaled.

Because the payment would be too high without it. They do what they can to get people into vehicles. The residuals for 24 months are just 5% higher than 36 months.

New lease transaction will incur a new acquisition fee.

I'd be interested in both because we will be relocating further down south in less than a year (so AWD would not be a must) but don't want to abuse your time and help. It's bad to be undecided and need a car, but I could not pass up on the offer that I received on my current car so I took it. So I'd be interested in both assuming that there is a difference. Also, I'm looking at a 12000 mile/year lease and either 24 or 36 (whichever has the better rates)

Also, I understand that it's early but would you expect better or worse numbers on Tuesday for May?

I am told at 12k a year, the monthly pmt will be 450 and 15k a year 470. What do you think of that? It seems high to me.

If the $2500 covers all upfront charges including tax, then I get $356/mo. for 36/12. (assuming $5000 off MSRP)
Every $1000 more added to the CAP cost adds $29/mo.
As you can see, they seem a long way from that.
