I will be looking for a replacement for our GL350 at end of our lease and we are considering returning to the excellent E Class Wagon.  Could you share the MF and Residuals for both the 2016 E 350 and the 2017 E 400 wagons?  We usually contract 36month and 12k miles per year.

Of the three, the only one that affects the residual and/or the MF is the drivetrain - RWD have different numbers than 4Matic

That looks pretty good. Don't roll the registration in, as it is non-taxable. If you roll it into the payment, you'll pay tax on that amount.

It never hurts to shop around, if you think you can still go back and get this deal. But, a big discount, and no markups to the money factor, etc.. That's a great price.

From the numbers you provided, Sale Price should be 50985 OR discount = 7780.
Can you confirm them first?

Finally signed a deal after 4 days of shopping...I have 2 set of numbers: Originally Promised --> Final.
Seems like the dealer tweaked final numbers after agreeing the monthly payment which was fine with me.

2017 E300 RWD
MSRP = 58475 / 58475 (Doesn't change)
Selling = 49696.20 (15% off of MSRP) / 49097 (16% off of MSRP)
Acq Fee = 795 / 1095
Adj. Cap Cost = 50491.20 / 50192
Term: 36/7.5K
Res @ 63%
MF = 0.00129 / 0.00139
Drive off = 1035 / 1035
Monthly pay = 530 / 530

If I had time to shop around one or two more days, I am sure that I could have reduced another 10-15 dollars off of my monthly payment but I didn't have time.

Just for people to know, I had another 2 dealers offering me close to 540/month and when I showed the proof to another dealer they literally laughed at me saying the lowest possible would be roughly 600ish which is a joke.

I show the MF as either .00139 (RWD) or .00116 (4Matic) - either way, the MF seems to be marked up.

And, the MF way higher than 50% - I show 63% for RWD or 62% for 4Matic (36/7.5)

This may not be an MBFS lease - confirm with the deaer.

Leaving the negative equity out of the calculations, those numbers give me a payment of $635/mo.

Ask the dealer what adjusted cap cost they are using to get the $776/mo quote - and, how they arrived at that number from the selling price.
