As everyone here will tell you the most important thing is to negotiate on the price as that determines your lease. While the residual and MF are okay I think the price they are asking is too high. I would suggest that you go to the truecar website to get a sense of price. Generally my guess is that you should be able to get around $4000-4500 lower on the MSRP.

per what dealer says, the selling price is 2% off the invoice price, and I reside in a heavy snow area. do you still think there is a room for further negotiation? i have asked another dealer for the same car, their selling price was higher. im hesitant to pull the trigger

for 36 months at 15 K per year. MSRP = $ 35,967. Selling price = $ 33,300 residual of 62% and a MF of
.00075. When I use these calculations, I am coming up with a monthly payment of $ 378.52. I am located in
zip 18436 in PA. Any help from you would be greatly appreciated.

Is that the 3.6 Limited?
.00070 MF and 62% residual.

How much is due at signing?
What did you use for a tax rate?
Did they give you the adjusted CAP cost?

Okay.. .00075 MF and 62% residual is correct.

If I add the $595 acquisition fee, I get $364/mo.+tax
That's right at $397/mo.

Ask for the adjusted CAP cost - I used $33,895.
