Can I get MF and RES for 2.5i and Premium, both at 24mo/15K and 36mo/12K in Buffalo, NY?

Base: .00100 MF and 67% residual
Prem: .00110 MF and 66% residual

    24 month leases are terrible.
Why would you need a different yearly mileage allowance for 24 or 36 months?
Thanks for your response. I appreciate it.

Why are 24 month leases terrible? Because you have to pay fees every two years as opposed to three? Because the interest and residuals are usually less favorable? I'm displaying my ignorance here, but after some initial research, I can't find a quick answer.

I asked for numbers for different yearly mileage allowance, because I'm considering Outbacks for two different applications. One being my wife who would like a to be in a minivan in 2 years after the birth of our second child (would love a new 2018 Odyssey right now, they're just too new and expensive). She drives more than I do. The second is for me. I have a short commute, need AWD, and cargo space.

Also, do you have any advice for someone who is looking to lease two vehicles at the same time? I know, not the best timing, but that is our situation.

Because Subaru doesn't support them with a good lease program.
    For example:
Premium: .00265 MF and 69% residual for 24/15

If it were me, let her keep driving what she has for two more years, then get the car she needs at that time.
Stay flexible... making vehicle plans for a child that hasn't been conceived, yet? lol

Thanks for the info on Subaru's 24mo lease program.

Her vehicle is at the end of its lease, and we don't want to purchase the vehicle. Also, I didn't say the child hasn't been conceived yet. I don't have a car, because we recently moved from a place where I used public transportation to commute. Thus, our need for two cars concurrently.

Thanks, I should have specified; can you tell me the values with 36/10? What would you estimate for a payment including sales tax of 6.25% with a $2000 down payment?

    Thanks,
    Amanda

    Add 3% for 36/10

$354/mo, including tax, if the sale price is the adjusted CAP.
That would leave 1st payment, $595 acquisition fee, DMV fees, dealer fees due at signing.

Thanks for the quick reply.  I look forward to it to just make sure.  Opps had a typo.  Actually is .00060 / 62% for 36/12.

Is this a good lease deal?

    Msrp: $35,145
    Selling price: $30,722
Sales tax : 492.45 ( traded in vehicle so tax credit made this much lower)
    Title/reg/ license: $350
    Acquisition: $595
    Negative Equity: $1360
    Dealer fee: $795
    Rebate: $500

    Adjusted cap cost: $33,815
    Residual value: $22,246
    Rent charge: 1,412

    36 months/12k miles
    $360 a month

I feel the dealer fee and rent charge is inflated but no other dealer is at $360 a month

We don't have the new July lease program yet, so I can't check your numbers.
With the caveat of not knowing the money factor, the rent charge doesn't look inflated. That would put it around .00070 MF.
The dealer fee is outrageous, though.
    Which state?

This was in VA at Dulles Subaru. Even with the high dealer fee and negative equity, no other dealer came close to $360.

Have the dealer provide you with the adjusted cap cost - if different than the selling price, make sure you understand the difference.

The adjusted cap cost is the negotiated selling price plus any taxes or fees due that you are not paying up front less any down payment you are making.

    RV 62%

9.25% Tax for LA county in CA

I get $310/mo but the sales guy quote me $329/mo both tax included. Am I missing something? Thanks.

The acquisition fee of $595 might account for the difference.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost, and how they got to that number from the selling price.

    Hello,

First, I'd like to say thanks for all you guys do here. Because of the information you provide, 39 months ago I was able to lease a leftover 2013 Infiniti G37x loaded for only 330/mth. Thanks again!

Now, I'm looking in PA to lease the 2017 Subaru Outback 3.6R Limited with EyeSight+Navi+HBA+Reverse Auto Braking+Starlink for 36 month/12k mi/yr or 36 month/15k mi/yr. Can you please post the Residual and MFs for both?

    Thanks in advance!

Hello - I'm planning on leasing a Subaru Outback 2.5i Limited and have done a good amount of research on the 2017 model. I'm pretty confident I could get a sale price of approximately $31,000 + taxes/acquisition/etc. on a model with MSRP of $35,260. Money factor is .0007 and residual is 62%, which seemed pleasantly high based on fact that model year is almost over. There's also $500 lease cash offered by Subaru for this model.

I've read reports that often times leasing at the end of the model year can be counterproductive because the residual value is at its lowest (although sale price might be lower due to incoming 2018s).

My general question is, once the 2018 Outbacks are released in August and arrive at dealers (likely), is there any reason to expect that I'd face a much higher MF? Is there any way to estimate how much higher the residual % (than 62% for the current 2017) will be for the 2018 model early in its life cycle? I'd like to wait until the 2018 model to pull the trigger to get the Apple Car Play and other updates, but I'm concerned I'll play much closer to MSRP and won't have as good a lease deal.

    Thanks from Illinois.
