Thanks @Michaell - I understand the residuals should change to 64 and 62 with a 12k lease, is that correct?

Hello.  Can I please get mf and rv for a 2017 outback 3.6 touring for 36/10? Zip 45177 in between Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus Ohio. Maybe one of those cities has better terms considering ohio is horrible to lease in. Thanks for all your good info here.

Subaru numbers are national - use the dealers in each of those cities to negotiate against each other to get your best price.

Asked about this in the forester thread, but still deciding between the outback and forester. Could I please get the most recent RV/MF for a base outback 2.5i cvt (model code HDB - MSRP - $27,030). This would be a 36/10K mile lease. Thanks for the help!

I got this as an offer from local SoCal dealership on 3.6R Limited, loaded with option package #23 and popular package #5.

MSRP $38,172
Sale price $34,459
RV for 36M/12K: $24,430
Monthly payment: $349.25 + tax
MF is 0.0012.

I'm trying to negotiate down MF to base 0.0007. Is the sale price a decent amount off MSRP? Just under 10% off. And what additional fees should I be looking at? They've quoted $80 documentation fee and government fee of $363?

California? Those fees are typical.
Also, $595 acquisition fee

Sale price looks good.. All fees paid upfront?
The money factor markup is adding $30/mo.+tax, so that's over $1100 over the life of the lease.

Also, with MSRP being $37,769 and cap cost being $33,100, can i go below $350 (including tax) with only first lease payment due at signing? Thank you so much!

Your prices, as is, gives me a payment of $311. If the taxes and fees are under $1400 then yes, $350/mo is doable. However, given that VA taxes the entire selling price at 4.1% ($1357), you still have to account for the dealer and acquisition fees.

In CA, I'd roll everything in, except for first payment and DMV fees. So, figure 1st payment + $500, approximately.

Prem: .00110 MF and 66% residual

24 month leases are terrible.
Why would you need a different yearly mileage allowance for 24 or 36 months?
