I get same numbers as dealer has provided in leasehackr calculator. Only difference is that calculator had $595 fee which I did not remove. I think that's what is missing in dealer provided adj cap cost. Either I think its very expensive

We are thinking of throwing an offer of 1000 drive off and $385 monthly (including tax). Do you think that's a good offer from dealer's business perspective?

I'm working on a 2017 Outback 3.6R Touring in FL for 36 months / 15,000 miles. Price is as follows:
MSRP - $39,416, Sale Price - $37,734.00 plus tag $195.00, dealer fee $498.50, and taxes $2,346.35. Using a MF of 0.00055 and a residual of 60%, I get around $470 while they quoted me $510 with only the 1st months payment due. Please advise.

Tax in Florida is collected on the monthly payment. So, their tax number is irrelevant.
.00055 MF and 60% residual is correct.
There is also a $595 acquisition fee.

If I add your fees, plus the $595, I get a CAP cost of $39,023.
Payment of $462/mo.+tax

Your calculations become much simpler if you ask the for the adjusted CAP cost on the deal.
