I'm looking for advice on my situation. I need residual and money factor figures for a 3 year, 20k lease on a 2.5 limited w/eyesight nav etc. in Nashville. I know that Subaru doesn't tend to offer anything over 15k for leases, so what would my situation look like in purchasing those needed miles upfront?

I don't think the extra miles relaxes the standards for wear and tear charges at the end of the lease.

HDD-14 trim level $31,743 Residual is $20,775 (IIRC the MF was .00117) but I didn't write it down. My FICA came back at 855. With nothing out pocket ($0, sign and drive) the 36 month, 15K payment is $410.84

Still getting used to it. We drove it to Wash D.C. and back this weekend. We gave up performance, pep and agility for a more spacious cabin, smoother ride, (a little better) visibility and newer safety features/gizmos.

2.5i Premium - 69% and .00170. Dealer is allowed to mark up the MF by as much as .00050.

So - hey! - they aren't marking it up the maximum amount, but darn close.

Reach out to other dealers.

2.5i Limited - 69% and .00150

MF can be inflated .00050 by the dealer.

No guesses as to what happen next month.

Lease deals are as good as I've seen them on the Outback.
