The best I was able to get for people out there was 2k down/$215 a month tax included of a 29.5k msrp forrester premium w/eyesight on a 36/10k

Also, can you advise on what an average 'out the door' fees would be in NJ (07090) might be? With '0 down' and me paying all the paperwork fees up front, but rolling sales tax (7%) in to the payment, I am looking at:

$1900 down (0 cap cost reduction/includes first payment)
$354/month payment.

I show (on a limited trim, which should be approx the same purchase price) $309/month on a 0 down lease on a lease calculator (not including tax). If tax add $20 a month, that leaves $30ish on the payment I am not so sure about

That's likely it - we are seeing fewer deals where the customer is getting both a great discount from sticker and the base MF. Usually get one or the other.

No published residuals - likely to be a per mile deduct from the 15K residual. Check with your dealer for the rate.
