Does anyone know yet what lease cash is on the Maxima right now? I'm hearing maybe around $4k but no for certain answers...Also, my company gets VPP pricing with Nissan, so would I be able to get the VPP price, then take lease cash off of that price too? Plus the $750 grad bonus? (wife recently completed grad school). Didn't know if anyone knew how the VPP thing works... Thank you!

One nice thing about doing VPP is they have to give you all incentives.

That said, I don't know the details of the incentives, this month.

Lease cash in Illinois is $3925 on the Maxima. 

Regarding the VPP program, there may bevdifferent facets/tiers to the program, but be aware that the price may be far higher than you can negotiate yourself.

 I'm working on a $6k plus discount off of MSRP right now, which is far lower than the VPP price. HOWEVER, if you qualify for the VPP program, even if the dealer gives you a lower price, the dealer still receives $600 from Nissan for doing the deal. You can negotiate for that money with the dealer!

So, it appears that $33,780 is the adjusted CAP with tax and acquisition fee included.

Is $800 the full amount due at signing?
If so, it looks great.

15K/yr only adds $12/mo, if you need more miles.

I have searched all through the discussion and cant find any info on their tier system and the MF with them...I am a 648 auto 8fico EQ and have a nissan lease now for maxima. 2 late pays over 30,days and a few over 10. Any advice/help? 

I'm a salesman for a different brand so I cant get this stuff myself so if I get a crazy mf or not approved then ill have to make some other plans for my end of lease in Jan.

Nissan calls it the "Auto Finance Bureau Score". What that is, or where it comes from, I do not know.

Tier 6 is 640-659.
On a Maxima that puts you at .00194 vs. .00003 for tiers 1-3.
The minimum score for Tier 3 is 700.
