We usually see the maintenance plan sold for $800-$1000 (though first offer might be twice that).

What is FCLP? Is that excess wear and tear? Those are almost never a good deal.

signed the lease today. However, just found I was charged $595 "turn-in fee", which was not mentioned during the price negotiation at all, but showed up in the contract after financing. I didn't notice then - late in the day when I was exhausted. Is it questionable?

It's the disposition fee. You weren't charged now. You pay it at lease-end, if you don't lease another Mercedes. It's standard on every Mercedes lease contract.
