I show .00148 and 59% for 36/10. Seems strange that the MF is bumped by such a small amount.

I actually had a typo, the MF is actually .00178, how can I approach talking to them about lowering the MF? (they know I am openly shopping other brands as well, I had bought a car from them previously so I hope they would want to keep me with them).

You politely tell them you won't sign a deal with an inflated MF. They know what the base rate is.

I'm shopping in TX for a GLC-300 FWD is ok-do not need AWD. Are there 'tax credits' currently available? Are the residual and MF same as stated above on 3/17? What is a realistic net cap cost (final sales price) if asking/MSRP $46k?

The GLC is RWD, not FWD.

RWD is .00152 MF and 59% residual for 36/10.

No info on Texas tax credits.
Can't help with sale prices. But, the GLC is pretty popular, so that won't help.

Subtract .00010 for auto-pay.

Most makes don't have very good 30 month residuals. You'd be better off shopping for 36 month leases.

Yes, I guess so too, 36 month numbers would be cheaper. My previous lease was 39 months but my visa expires in 31 months, so no manufacturer would lease me a vehicle beyond that..

The destination fee is part of the MSRP - it shouldn't be broken out.

If we add in the $795 acquisition fee, leaving about $1500 for CAP reduction out of the $3000 upfront listed, then the payment is about right.

Nothing else looks out of line, except for that money factor (.00152 base), and the puny discount from MSRP.
$45/mo. for the money factor markup.

Will a TX dealer incur additional cost when trading other dealers for a GLC? If so, what if any fee/amount should I be on the look out for from them? I would think $0 and that is the cost of doing business and getting the customer the color/pkg they want or no? thx

If they have to transport it from another dealer, then there will be costs. How much depends on how far, and finding a dealer that wants to give up a popular model.

The "cost of doing business" will always fall to the consumer, one way or another.

Also, I have a current 2014 GLK350 with 16k miles and all options. I received a True Market quote from a Dallas MB dealer for $24k. On their websites the same model is selling for $33-34k. After Iease terms negotiated, should I ask that they factor this car in as a trade?? It is a lease. However I have traded a valuable lease like this in the past. Please advise.

You should get the payoff value from MBFS, and a fair trade value - use CarMax or check out the "Real World Trade in Values" thread here at Edumunds. Then, you'll know if you have positive or negative equity, and can structure the new deal accordingly.

Every transaction will incur an acquisition fee. However, if you are ending an existing lease, you should be able to waive the disposition fee.
