Could you let me know if this is a good lease deal at the earliest? About to pull the plug on it. 2017 GLC 300 SUV MSRP: $53,900 Includes Premium Package, sport Package, All Season Tires, Burmester Sound, Panaroma Roof etc. MF is 0.00149 and Residual is 58% Essentially it is a demo vehicle with 3,600 miles on it.
Lease: $460 Per Month, $2,500 due at signing, 3 Years, 30,000 miles
.00126/.00122 is base MF for RWD/AWD 58% residual is correct for 36/10 (assuming residual isn't reduced to account for current mileage)
Don't know your state, tax rate, or the adjusted CAP cost, but that seems like a reasonable deal for a $54K MSRP vehicle.
Are you about to "pull the plug" or "pull the trigger"?

Hi The state is California. Taxes should be around 9.5%. Adjusted Capital Cost is $44,638.

Sorry, I meant pull-the-trigger
That looks like a really good deal. I think the adjusted CAP cost has to be lower than your number, though. Otherwise, the payment would be higher.
My local dealership has several "retired" 2017/2018 GLC 300 loaners available for sale/lease. Most have between 5,000-6,000 miles on them with MSRP stickers in the $47K to $48K range. The dealer is offering to sell them to me at $5,000 below sticker.
I know this is a lousy deal as-is but curious how much more off MSRP would be considered a "good" deal. I'm thinking $10K off sticker but wondering if that may be too ambitious? Also, how do the extra miles get factored into the lease calculation? Anything else that would differ from a leasing perspective compared to leasing a brand new car? I know the warranty has already begun but that doesn't bother me as I'm planning a 36/12 term.

I live in Ohio if that matters. Thanks.
Not sure how Mercedes deals with mileage on their leases. They seem to have a higher threshold before they start reducing the residual.
While $5000 off might be okay for a 2018 model, I'd want twice that off of a 2017 model, at least.
Though, if you are leasing, the goal is to beat the new unit lease price by 10% or so... Whatever it takes to do that.

Yeah, the GLC nubmers are way higher this month, than last, as well. I don't trust them, now, so I won't post them and get anyone's hopes up.
