The incentives are much better and I think they apply to leases of the SLT

For those who are considering leasing a Sierra 1500 Denali 2WD here is my deal that I signed on October 7th 2017 on a 36 month lease with 15K miles/year:

-$1,860 Dealer discount (only 3.29% of MSRP. Disappointed that I couldn't get larger discount)

I put down $1,500, which consisted of $615.97 first month's payment, $340 tag transfer fees, $70 sales tax on the $1,000 GMC rebate, and $474.03 dealer fee (which they discounted from regular fee of $599.95)

In retrospect, if my dealer would have increased their discount to $3,000 or about 5%, the monthly taxed payment would have been $582.08, which would have been a really good deal! As it is, I'm very happy with the truck and feel like I got a pretty good deal, but perhaps not the best deal out there.

I get $497/mo.+tax with those numbers.
Ask for the adjusted CAP cost. I'll guess there are some fees that aren't being disclosed.
$3400 off doesn't seem like a great deal, this late in the model year. Of course, the lease program from GM is great, though.

Hard to say without seeing the itemized calculation of the "Net Capitalized Cost", which is the gross MSRP, less any discount from GMC, less any Dealer discount, less the rebate cash, plus a $595 lease acquisition fee. On my deal described a few posts above this, it was as follows:

The only variable to negotiate in this calculation is the Dealer discount, because the GMC discount, the rebate cash and the acquisition fee are all fixed and can't be changed by the dealer.

Based on 39 month term, a residual value of $37,160, a money factor of .00137, and a local sales tax of 6%, then the taxed monthly payments at various Net Capitalized Costs (NCC) are as follows:

If NCC is $55,000, then taxed monthly payment is $618.72
If NCC is $54,500, then taxed monthly payment is $604.40
If NCC is $54,000, then taxed monthly payment is $590.09
If NCC is $53,500, then taxed monthly payment is $575.77
