Hi, Can you please provide the RV/MF for a Denali 4x4 Short bed 36/12K and 39/12K? What is the change if I go to 15K/y? I'm located in Texas. Thanks!

    Sorry, Crew Cab style.
Thanks Michael. I started talking to the dealer, this is what they are quoting:

2017 Sierra 1500 Denali Crew Cab 4wd on a 39mo lease with zero down and no trade

    MSRP: $64,505
Sale Price: $56,915 (I was actually surprised they are discounting this much, apparently it's a memorial day special for this week only)
    Residual value: $42,573
MF: 0.00175 (I already complained and asked why they were marking it up)
    Govmnt fee: $209
    Docs fee: $150
    Acquisition fee: $595
    Texas sales tax: 6.25%

First payment: $666 with taxes and fees included

Did I miss any number? They provided all the info over the phone and denied to send this in any format so I'm not sure if I got all the numbers to get the adjusted cap cost. Let me know your thoughts and if possible what number do you get with .00125 MF?

Assuming $3560 for sales tax, I get the same $666/mo.
    With .00125 MF, I get $614/mo.

Went today and the dealer gave me the exact numbers.  In order to get the $4375 rebate, they could my raised it to .000213 and lower the residual to 64%.  That ultimately lowered the payment $15.  Any downside to do this?

Seems like they are using a bank other than GM Financial. Independent banks may be less likely to want you as a repeat customer, at lease end.

On the plus side, with the CAP cost and residual being lower, your payoff will be lower throughout the term of the lease. So, if you decided to trade it or buy it out, you could be in a better position. Also, on the plus side: Lower payment.

Unsupported just means that there are no incentives, such as below market money factors or unrealistically high residuals. In exchange, you get that big rebate. So, in reality, that is the support.

Big thanks to the Mods for giving me the tools to work out my latest deal. Drove away from the dealer in a 4X2 Denali 1500, crew cab, 5.3L. MSRP $55,600, Residual ~$35k, $451/mo, .00125 MF. Hope I did well, but I couldn't find a better deal anywhere in this region, and I tried.

Some dealers are advertising this lease on a 2017 Sierra crew cab 4wd denali: $359 per month, 36 months, 10k miles a year, $1995 down.
Seems almost too good to pass up.

The $1995 down translates to about $55/mo, so the "true" lease payment is closer to $414/mo.

And, all fees and taxes are due at signing.

The Sierra Denali lease program is very, very good... no doubt about that. If I needed a full-size pickup, it would be hard to pass up.

Can I get some insight to the attached quote I got. It's for a 2017 Denali 4x4. Looking for 36 mo/12 k miles. MSRP $65,400. The discount looks good but money factor seems high. Also when people say drive off with just first months payment, is it literally just first month payment or first month payment plus all the doc/reg/tax fees? Couldn't decipher what's in the Due Upon Signing Total. In short would it be possible to get this for around $550 incl. taxes with no money down? Based on my calculations I would need to get the sale price at $57,500 to get that? Thanks in advance.

Base MF is 3%, so that is marked up on you.

Our recommendation is that drive off consists of the first payment, and any registration or DMV costs.

With the inflated MF, I'm just a couple dollars off the dealer quote. Using the base MF, I get $551/mo plus tax.

If you can shave another $1-2K off the selling price, you should be close to your target.
