    There is a 27 month term. Subtract 1% from the 24 month residuals.

    Hi there. Thanks for everything you guys do! I'm in the process of gathering quotes for a 2017 Sierra Denali Ultimate 4x4 (36/12k) and have run into a couple of roadblocks. Is the 69% residual and 0.00059 MF nationwide? I'm in Tennessee, but I'm being told by Illinois dealers that the residual is 67% and the MF "is not" 0.00059. Any help you can give me would be great. Thanks again.

    We show 67% for 36/15 and 69% for 36/12.
    That shouldn't vary, anywhere, if they are using GM Financial.

    We show .00059 MF (1.42% APR). The document we have says that is national, as well. (GM Financial)

    thanks for all the information. I just picked up a 2017 Sierra Denali 4x4 crew cab in az for $476 including tax. Here are the details for reference 

    Msrp was $56,625
    $2000 in gmc earnings
    $500 out of pocket 
    Tax rate is 8.1 %
    36 mos, 10k miles

    Hi, question... I live in Florida and want to lease a GMC 2500HD. I have located a dealer in Texas who does lease and agreed since I live out of state. Do you have any numbers for 2500HD trucks? Does GM Financial offer leases or does the dealer use private finance companies for these? Here in Florida they say they do not lease the 2500HD at all.

    Sorry, but we don't have any 2500 lease info.

    In general, HD trucks lease commercially, and the numbers are usually not good. Not surprising that Texas leases them, though! I'm sure that GMF has a program for them, but it might not be the best one.

    4X4:
    24/10: .00079 MF and 74% residual
    36/10: .00059 MF and 70% residual

    Subtract 1% from residual for 4X2

    My payment calculation with those numbers is really close - $616/mo.

    The lease taxes in GA really kill your payment. But, relative to MSRP, it looks good.

    Are the residuals the same for Feb 69%/67%/65% for 36/39/42 months 12 miles and subtract 2% for 15k? Money Factor .00102 the same for all? 4x4 Sierra Denali Ultimate trim for Illinois. Any incentives for Feb?

    Those are the correct 12K residuals for the Denali. Yes, subtract 2% for 15K

    MF for 36/39/42 months is .00102 / .00102 / .00156

    Can I get an estimate for a truck im looking at. Its a gmc 2017 slt all terrain 4x4. Msrp is 53k as per the dealer but sale price is 42k. Im looking to lease for about 3 years 12k miles. I live in Texas so I know the taxes will kill me. Id like to give 0 down.

    It isn't likely that all of those discounts and rebates will be applicable to the lease program. You should check with the dealer on that.

    In short, it's hard to predict when the best deals are available.

    The numbers are likely to be different (and not in a good way)
