That's almost exactly the number I get using the online calculators, sounds like you got a good deal. Now if I could just figure out every dealer near me is quoting $615 or more per month with an MSRP of $57,780 and selling price of $52167 on a 36/15 with 6% tax. The calculators tell me that I should be at just about the same number as you...no?

Thanks for the quick feedback!  I was coming out with 74% too ... I will confirm everything on the day of signing.  

Original printout I had included two columns.  One was 24mo and the other 36mo.  The 74% residual was for 24mo.  My 36mo lease was 70% as you stated.  Took delivery with the original payment.  This is the most beautiful truck I've ever seen or driven!  Thank you again for the feedback.  This forum is very nice.

Need some help. Just left a dealership and got this offer and numbers aren't matching up.

$944 in fees

the numbers they are giving me is $944 out of pocket including first month payment and %590 a month. 

When doing the numbers myself I'm getting about $570

wjere are they getting the difference of $20 a month?

My guess is that the up front cash doesn't cover all the fees, so they are being added to the selling price.

Looks pretty straight. If you are happy with the discount from MSRP, they aren't hiding any extras in there.
Pretty cheap for a $65K MSRP vehicle.
