Thanks for all of your help. I am looking at a 2017 Yukon Denali 4X4 36/10 & 36/12. Looking for Money Factors and residual for all choices. Also any consumer cash. I am located in Northwest Ohio.

Additionally I received an exclusive private offer that provides for an extra $4000 off a Sierra in dealer stock plus 90 day deferred monthly payments. Have you guys heard of this deal? Does this apply to any of the leases?

The numbers are national. We assume they apply to Alaska, as well. I'm sure that Alaska is a tough car market, as the competition is a long way away.

Yup. You're right on that. You'd be surprised how many folks will buy out of state and have their vehicle shipped up here - and still save money.

At least with Chevy/GMC there's actually two dealers up here.

Only the Denali trim has the higher residuals.

All 4x4 crew cabs (other than the Denali) share the same lease numbers.

I was offered a crew cab ultimate 4x4 model at $61,100 (MSRP 64,845) with $500 conquest, 8% sales tax included in monthly, $2000 down, for $667/month 36 months @ 10k miles a year.

This seemed high, granted they hadn't discounted it much. Ive seen as much as 15% or more discount online which I am hoping to get. Thank you for #'s and/or advice!

Supplier program is ~ $4,000 off before incentives. While that's not the end all be all, I'd be very surprised if negotiating on your own nets another 6k.

The residual is fixed by the bank and cannot be altered by the dealer. If it's different than what we quote here, it's a good possibility that the dealer is using a third party bank (Ally or US Bank) - we don't have those numbers to compare to.

The MF, on the other hand, can be marked up by the dealer for extra profit.

If you see (or suspect) an inflated MF, simply (and politely) tell the dealer you won't sign a deal where the MF has been marked up. They know what the base rate is.

Looking at leasing (36x10k) a Sierra Denali 4x2 in the next couple of months. I know the current numbers go until the end of August, but do numbers change once the 2018's come out? MF (Interest Rates) can change, although I doubt it. Do the residuals typically change in the 4th quarter and/or does factory cash get better?

It's at GM Financials discretion when to update the numbers.

We've never seen any lease cash on the Sierra; anything is possible in Q4 with regards to incentives, given how poorly GM did in July.

Residuals tend to go down, along with the MF, over time.
