Was told $3018.39 out of pocket (taxes, bank fee, 1st payment). I need to add DMV fee. And, does this out of pocket seem correct.

We don't have 3rd party bank lease numbers to verify.

The out of pocket is probably correct (as you have to pay sales tax on the rebates, as well).
But, that doesn't mean you have to come up with that much upfront. You could roll the bank fee and tax into the CAP cost. Just first payment due at signing, and around $400/mo.

That's a pretty good deal.

Can I get MF and Residual for JGC Altitude 4x4 36/10 in Utah. I want to do a 0 down lease and am curious what gets added onto the sale price to come up with total cap cost. What fees and taxes are added on? Also what has to be paid at time of signing and what can be rolling over into the lease payments? Does anyone have a good Idea what a good monthly payment would be?

$595 acquisition fee and your local DMV fees.
Not sure how tax is calculated in Utah, but the payment is probably taxed at your local rate, each month.
You can roll in anything you want, but if your state taxes the monthly payment, you want to pay non-taxable fees upfront. (otherwise, if they are rolled in, they'll be taxed with the rest of the payment).
