The moderator of my hometown "memories" FB page just uploaded a large number of automotive related pictures. I'll find some that are relevant to this group and post one every day or so.
Background left I see a Beetle perpendicular to a shoebox Ford Tudor, and a 59 Ford 2 door post to the left of it. Newest car I spot might be a 60 Dodge just below that 59 Ford. Also a 50 Ford 6th car from left in front row.
Yup, it's a 1958 BMW 507 roadster, perhaps the most beautiful Bimmer ever made. The concept came from importer Max Hoffman who told BMW that a sports car built around their small V8 could compete with the 300SL. Styling was by Albrecht Goertz who figured out how to modernize the classic BMW split grille by making it horizontal.
507s were owned by some well-known personalities including actor Alain Delon, racer Hans Stuck sr., Ursula Andress and George Barris and The King, himself, Elvis Presley.
I've just bought my 5th BMW and didn't even consider the current 4 series with the ugly vertical snouts.Instead I got a 2016 640i with the horizontal split grille pioneered by the 507.

Time to update your signature line!
I do like that 6-series. If circumstances were different, I'd be looking at a 6-series GT.

Wide whites on that 507 seem off, not as funny as on an E-Type, but I am sure they were a USDM thing. The early teens BMWs like that 6er (congrats andy) are the epitome of taste and subtlety compared to BMW's apparent hiring of a Lexus design leader.

Whites appeared on all sorts of cars including sportsters back then. They were perhaps less common in Europe but I doubt were unheard of overseas.

Just for the record, the ivory car is a 1964-67 Austin-Healey 3000 Mk III/BJ8. It's fully-optioned with fog lights and wire wheels and probabably has the electric overdrive. I almost bought a '64 but decided the lowhanging exhaust wouldn't be good on the battered busted streets of NYC.

Fine, fine. But, what are the specs on that Land Rover?!

The Mercury is a 1953 I believe, based on the side trim in front of the rear wheels not being a solid piece but instead being horizontal pieces and the trunk ornament has a horizontal bar extending out from it. The 52 has just a round trunk ornament.

My bad! I always get the '52/53 Mercs mixed up. Never mind the side trim or trunk emblems those steam iron tailights distinguish the '53 from other MYs if I remember correctly.
I'll take the shoebox Ford Squire beside the Mercury, had a thing for those when I was a kid.
So did every surfer in mid'60s California.
Next to the Woody wagon is a ca. '47'48 Chevy Stylemaster. Other side of the '55 Buick is a '53/4 Mopar of some sort.
53 Dodge, I think. Reminiscent of a car in a Hill Valley 1955 scene in BTTF.
When I was a kid in the 80s in eastern WA, which was a klondike for old cars, there was a 49-51 Mercury woody sitting behind a house down the street from where I lived. Even then I knew that was a rare car, and as I had a thing for the 80s surfer style, I wanted it. I remember an aggressive dog lived at the house, so it wasn't easy to get a close look. Long gone, of course.

Both the 52 and 53 had those steam iron taillights. 52 53
And the 54 taillights were different and I thought those were the greatest of all times when I saw them as a young kid.

I always thought those '52/'53 Mercury taillights were a very ham-handed design, ugly and unattractive. They finally fixed them for '54. That era was not a good one for Ford design overall.
As the sign says, I see a ‘62 Chrysler (a Newport I think), a couple of ‘62 Plymouths, and a Valiant, along with a pair of Fords, the required 1960 model along with what looks like a ‘55.
Comments
I'll go with that Dodge's being a 1958.

ADO16 5th from right, probably a MG 1100.
Bumper basher spitfire middle of the row. And far end looks like rally’s style ford. I think that would be an escort not a cortina.
And might be an Elan but nose of a red car that really looks like an NA Miata!

It's a Super, I believe, because it has a logo on the side in front of rear wheel. The Roadmaster has no logo.

Still thinking of the Skyliner and Sun Valley, the front of the top was Plexiglass and not real glass.
I think the first car on left is a 1960 Plymouth Valiant. one of number of "compact cars" introed by the big 3 in that MY.
