@fintail yes, but somehow they survived with RWD and probably drum brakes.
I thought about that when I visited Lake George. Has always been an upstate NY vacation destination and definitely a little time warpy, 50s vibe. Some little twisty roads around the lake yet people have been going there since the 40s

I was thinking the impending rust, which on some cars might have been audible by this time.
The wagon at right first made me think AMC, but now an OIdsmobuick perhaps.
Rover has a Dutch plate which would match LHD. These were also sold in the USDM for a brief moment, not sure if the sidemarker is a US thing or something else.
GM actually sold the tooling and the rights to Rover so there was no licensing agreement other than that. Rover and its successors used it in everything. GM should have kept it and sold Rover the Buick V-6.
Rover. 3500 based on the badge! Oddly appears to be a LHD
Yup, the Rover 3500 was powered by a license built version of the aluminum Buick V8. It enjoyed some popularity in the US during the late 60s.
My father's best friend, college professor, had one.

In 1950s/'60s movies you could see these driving in circles in Rome around the Piazza Venezia. It's a Lancia Appia in the factory-produced Berlina (sedan) body style. Coachbuilders produced coupes and convertible models. No center B-post in the sedan - that must have been fun.

You're right on AB348. The Appias were powered by RWD V4.
Yep that's the latest and probably last Buck convertible, the Buick Cascada sold from 2016-2020. I'm not onefor land yachts but I was fond of the Buick 'verts of the late 50s-60s.
That's a 1963 model. They cleaned up Exner's exterior styling a bit for '63 but still had largely the same interior/dash, which didn't get changed until the next year.

Looks like a 52/54 body style of a Ford but the taillights say Mercury.
Something here is unlike the others, zooms ok:
Looks like Coney Island.
