Just found out why the 'cheese graters' on the side air intakes - some countries had rules against large open air intakes, those fins got around them. And the intakes were needed for the radiators, which had been up front on the prior 512 BB. The required coolant hoses ended up heating up the passenger compartment, cured with the Testarossa.

Facelift Vega kamback front row. Next row behind the barge Pontiac coupe a big bumper gremlin of the vintage I had.

Yep an absence of furrin cars, I didn't look very deep but saw nothing but the VW, maybe as expected in 70s Michigan.

I suspect the 60 Fords were completely off the road there by 1970.

    That’s a great picture.

Why, I don’t see a single electric car!

Don’t see any Japanese ones either. I suppose many of the locals there then didn’t cotton to those very well.

This car was developed in part by Lotus but produced by another carmaker. It was the first car to wear the maker's badge. It was sold from 2008-2012.

I’m guessing a 50ish Pontiac. Must admit I’ve never seen a Tonneau cover like that one.

I'll say a 57 (Star Chief?). I'm guessing that the Tonneau cover was not a factory option.

Yep, IIRC the Star Chief was the top model, in '58 it was replaced by the Bonnevile. As for the tonneau it is surely a one-off custom. Lots of Brit roadsters had them as options but I never saw one on a Yank Tank/Land Yacht

I've never seen a cover like that on a big domestic either, makes me think MG/Morgan.

Burrard & Davie, Vancouver, sometime maybe just after 1980 - large image that zooms well enough to pick out several:

There might be another Prelude behind the Granada - those things sold well on the west coast. Parked in the lot beside the 200SX I think I see a 510 and a "Corolla Tercel" along with a big mid 60s Mopar.

Too bad it's not in color, I'd like to see what all those 2 tones are.

I see a foreign car, which is somewhat surprising. In the middle just "above" a Mercury, a small roadster - by the window and door cut/top shape perhaps a Morgan. Also a prewar car at upper left, possibly a 37-38 Dodge or Plymouth.

yellow corolla (72ish) by the fence. Oddly looks to have a half vinyl roof. White Corona 2 down, and a couple down an early Mavrick (no-bed version) next to a 60's Rambler.
