Looking for numbers on a 2017 GLI Manual. 36mo, 15k. I'm in NJ. Any cool, applicable incentives going on? Thanks in advance!!
.00001 MF and 56% residual $750 lease cash
Can you please confirm if this is the same MF/residual in the Chicago/Midwest region or nationwide? I would also like the MF/residual for 36/12k, 24/12k, 24/15k miles for the golf GLI 6 MT as well. thanks!

I'm looking to lease a Jetta 1.4T SE automatic, 3 years, 30000 miles, in Florida.
I'd appreciate:
1. MF 2. Residual 3. Incentives - I was told I would get $1000 loyalty but I read above where there is another $1500 factory to dealer, so can I add both of those and get $2500? 4. What's the usual discount before the incentives?
A VW dealership I'm talking to just said they came out with additional President's Day bonus cash and it applies to the Jetta, do you have any info on this in regards to leasing?

An excellent choice in vehicles, if I do say so myself (see my signature line ...)

Nope.
Apparently it is additional $500 which can be used for a lease on the Jetta, good through the end of the month.
Do you know what credit VW requires for "A+" to get .00001? I was talking to a dealership last night and my credit score is 740 with no late payments and he ran a lease quote with "A" rating which has a higher money factor.

We don't have the specific scores for each tier for VW.
Just picked up this baby last night, hope this helps for anyone else shopping:
2017 Volkswagen Jetta GLI 6MT 36 months/15k miles 56% / .00001
MSRP: $28,715 Negotiated Selling Price: $25,500 Acquisition: $625 Sales tax on total lease payment + money due at signing (IL): $786.62 Dealer Doc: $172.50
Gross Cap Cost: $27,084.12 President's Day Bonus Cash Rebate: -$500 Net Cap Cost: $26,584.12
Monthly payment: $292.19 Money due at signing: 1st payment $292.42 + License/registration $221 = $513.42
I made them print out the lease calculation and i did the math by hand on the sheet to verify the exact payment of $292.19 and my salesman said it was the most impressive thing he'd ever seen

I have a question about the current $1,000 loyalty bonus. I just recently sold my Jetta (3 weeks ago) after having owned it for 8 years and financed through VW credit. Is it possible to still quality for the loyalty credit?

You sold it privately?
Not sure what documentation is necessary to qualify for the loyalty incentive. Might be a current registration is sufficient.

It was sold privately. Unfortunately, the current registration expired the end of January when the car was sold.

May I ask for this month's numbers on a Jetta SE 36/12k in TX?
I've had at least one dealer quote me these numbers and it seems a lot higher than I thought it would be.
Cap Cost : 23,277 MF: .00176
What are reasonable numbers I should be looking for. Credit is good, not great if that matters. 700ish.
Oh, dear.
Base MF from VW Credit this month is .00001 (yes, 4 zeroes) and the 36/12 residual is 52%. There is $1450 lease cash available on the SE, this month.
What works against you is the fact that Texas assesses sales tax against the entire selling price of the vehicle, rather than against the monthly payment. What is the MSRP of the car in question?

The dealer sent me photo of the price sheet. I believe they've included add-on items (nitrogen/vin etching, etc.)
Here are the numbers: Market Value Selling Price - 23,265 Adjusted Price - 20,119 VIN Etch - 199 Protection Package - 495 Nitrogen/ W Lifetime Fillup Total Purchase -20,962 Net Price - 22,652.84
Still waiting on Cap Cost and MF from the other dealers that I've talked to. But, this seems like their prices are insane... This site's own TMV puts a 2017 Jetta SE at a 21,021 Invoice price.

Monthly with 8.75 sales tax is $173.73?
Los angles numbers. Thanks.
It's correct, if you assume that sale price doesn't already include those amounts you subtracted.
They are assuming tier 1 credit here. Sounds like they jacked up MF?
.00001 and 52%. $1450 lease cash.
Tier 3 adds .00020 to the MF. Do you know your score?
Not much of a discount if the $3360 includes the $1450 lease cash. But, with those numbers, and using the .00021 MF, I get $281/mo plus tax. I know of no place in CO that has a tax rate high enough to get you to $311/mo.
They could be marking up the MF. Or, the adjusted cap cost is higher than the net price you've quoted. Where is the acquisition fee?
What dealer is this? I used McDonald on Broadway for my Jetta lease last summer.
Thanks for the prompt reply Michaell. My FICO is 665. This is from Greeley VW. I've got quotes from Ed Caroll and Tynans also which were even worse. Apparently that quote includes the "VW Acquisition fee" along with their dealer handling fee. I might ping McDonald for a quote also.

665 is tier 4, I'm afraid. Add .00070 to the MF, total .00071.
$299/mo plus tax, so $311 is now in the ballpark.
If the net price includes the acquisition fee, that's not too bad. At this point, it's all about getting the lowest selling price before the fees are added. The more dealers you involve, the better your deal will be.
FYI, the numbers are exactly the same for the Jetta SE, and it's less expensive. Do you need the 1.8T? Or, all the other stuff that comes on the SEL?
Their numbers were assuming tier 1. That approx credit score has gotten me tier 3 previously unless something changed. Sounds like I need to find a better deal. No, I "need" the SEL

Hello. Just checking money factor, residual and any offers now that we're in March. 2017 Jetta SE 1.4T, Current VW leasee, credit score is 720, Tampa Florida, 36/12k
Looking at the 2017 GLI lease now that we're in March--had a couple of questions: 1. What is the residual for a 36/12 lease? The 36/10 residual is 57% (down from 59% last month). I got a quote for 36/10 (below) and wondering if I should bump to 12k if residual isn't too much lower. 2. Got a quote from a dealer for a manual GLI, 36/10: MF is .00001, MSRP $28,715, selling price ~$25,900 after dealer "discount" to invoice price minus partner program ($500) and current lease cash incentives ($1,350); lease comes to $265 a month before tax and fees (fees are ~$1100 between doc, acquisition, and title). Does this seem good enough to bite? I've gotten quotes from several places, and none seem to get lower than $265/$270 before tax and fees, though I've seen lower payments floating around online. Seems like selling price for this car won't go below ~$25.5k.

.00001 and 56% for 36/12. $350 lease cash
With your prices, I get $273/mo before tax. Fairly close to your quote.
Relative to MSRP, that is a good payment. I'm paying $50/mo less on a Jetta SE; wish my budget allowed me to spring for the GLI.
Looking for MF and RV for Jetta GLI Automatic trans in Mass. I see in an earlier post on 3/4 you provided this info but I'm not sure if VW info is regional or not. Your help is certainly appreciated.

Please confirm if I have this right - I looked up the TMV for the Jetta 1.4T SE auto - right around $20700.
Since there's $2450 in incentives, I should be able to get the car for about $18250.
Is this right?
