    Could you share residual & MF 36/10 for 2017 XC60 T5 FWD DYNAMIC model?

    Being quoted as MSRP of $45215 & sale price of $40421 with residual of 50% & MF of .00062 (which seems high). Located in Dallas, TX

    50% is the 39/10 residual; base MF for both 36 and 39 months is .00027. 36/10 residual is 51%

    When you have the chance, I would appreciate if you could provide the current numbers -- Money Factor and Residual -- for the following:

    T6 AWD Dynamic at 24/10k, 36/10k, 39/10k

    T6 AWD R-Design at 24/10k, 36/10k, 39/10k

    Do incentives listed for T6 AWD Inscription ($1750 Volvo Allowance and $2200 Lease Bonus) carry over for both of the above trim levels, or are they different?

    I will be shopping and purchasing in the great state of New Jersey.

    Offer on t5 AWD dynamic , 36 - 15 k for MSRP of $47,215 with sale price of $39,727 is $476/month with a MF of .0051 - money down is for taxes/bank fee / plates /doc @ $2,629 - does this sound good or does it make sense ? Do you need more information from me ? Thanks , this is my first lease - I will need the 15k was open to a 30 month but it jumped to $498 they say.

    Yes you were correct they adjusted it , ? since I'm new to this as my first lease is there anything else I should review for the deal - I was not comfortable dropping to 12 k a year and the 30 month they offered was more - I feel the sale is price is good @ $7.488 of MSRP or almost 16% - Thanks for your help

    No insight on 2018 dates or 2017 pricing.

    Dealer has gray R design XC60 with MSRP of $55,485, Selling Price is $41,780, MF is 0.00008, Residual is 50%, Term is 36 months/12,000 miles. The car has 5,400 miles on it so I cant tell if this is a good deal or not - $0 down, $600 drive off, $485 per month.

    What is the adjusted cap cost, if you are rolling in the taxes and fees to the lease payment?

    What state and tax rate?

    I agree with the MF and residual values.

    Your prices, as is, give a payment of $395/mo plus tax.

    Assuming a 9% tax rate, that cap cost equates to a payment of $454/mo

    Either the adjusted cap cost is higher that what you've shared, or the MF is marked up.
