    Yes, that is correct. Dealer can mark it up to $995, I believe.

    I don’t want to put anymore money into and just take my loses and move on
    Does 3300 and 750 seems like a good deal
    Also did the MF and residual just change? I’m looking at one post above and it lists .00028 and 45%. Thanks

    The $10K of negative equity is adding over $275/mo to the payment.

    $3300 down is almost another $100/mo.

    You're best served by hanging on to what you have and whittle that negative equity down.

    I received the following price on a 2017 XC60 T5 FWD Inscription:
    36/10k per year
    $44,690 MSRP
    $36,329 Selling Price
    45% residual ($20,110.50)
    $543.65 per month incl. tax
    $947.15 due at signing (doc fee, first month's payment, lic.)
    Louisiana - Orleans Parish

    Does this seem right?

    If I add $695 for the acquisition fee, I get $485/mo.+tax.
    LA tax is about 10%, right? If so, that's about $514/mo.

    So, they've either added something else to the CAP cost, or they are marking up the money factor (and probably the acquisition fee).

    Also, other than the incentives, they are only giving you about $1100 off MSRP. You should be able to do much better than that. I'd want to be around $450-$470/month, at most, with about $900 due at signing.

So the true sale price will be similar or maybe higher if I am not qualify for one incentive?

Cap is 36580, MF is at buy rate, Acq is marked up to $995 and with $500 down the payment I'm getting is $428. I worry that the incentives will be even stronger at the end of the week and I'm torn. would love your opinion.
