The capped fees are the acquisition fee and the $80 CA doc fee.
They've marked up the acquisition fee from $695 to $995.
That payment is exactly correct.

I'm sure you expected a super-low payment with that big discount ($6000 of that comes from Volvo), but 49% is a very low residual, comparatively.

$504/mo.+tax is a pretty good payment for a $50K MSRP vehicle, with less than $1000 upfront.

Thanks. The residual seems to just kill this deal. I can get a fully-loaded Lexus NX Turbo F-Sport for about $100 a month less and about $1500 drive-off. Total bummer as these are great cars, but the financing is not attractive.

We don't have any lease program info on a 2016 model. It's possible that a lease won't be feasible.

That $995 isn't freight. It's the acquisition fee (marked up from $695 base).
Freight should never be an added charge on top of the selling price
When I add up those times, I get 44,136, not 45,126

That is the correct money factor and residual
When I use that Net CAP, I get the same payment.
But, as I noted, those numbers don't add up.

There are $6500 of lease incentives on this vehicle.

I just get a quote with a 2017 Volvo T5 Dynamic AWD. The MSRP is $48400 and the adjusted price is $37900. The dealer said the monthly payment is $481 after tax with 10K/36, with the RV of 49% and the money factor 0.00015.

I believe they include all the fees (doc fee, acq fee, govement fee, etc, about $1000) into the cap cost. I also see a sales tax section with $404, what contributes to this sales tax? I thought the sales tax are calculated each month based on the monthly payment. Thank you!

You are only getting a discount of $200 off sticker - the rest are from the incentives.

We suggest you limit your up front cash to just the first payment and DMV costs - the $3600 in cap reduction would be lost if the car is stolen or totaled. And, it masks $100/mo on the payment.

I don't see reference to the acquisition fee ($695, but dealer can mark it up).

Lots of room for improvement on this deal.
