Trying to get a deal on a leftover '17, dealer is quoting a mf of .00079 and 49% residual.

Could you let me know mf, residual and any incentives for the t5 insc awd and also for the t6 awd in both inscr & dyn?

Negotiate your best price, then subtract the incentive.

Assume any offer from the dealer will include the incentives.

I am new here. I received the following lease offer from a dealer in CA 94577:
2017 XC60 T5 FWD Dynamic trim w/ Heated Front Seats

Payments $423.19 + tax = $464.45
Due at signing 1st payment, license fee, doc fee, tire fee = $910.79

Is the MF too high? Do I still have room to negotiate?

Looks like they've added the acquisition fee to the CAP cost, but marked it up from $695 to $995.
The two markups (MF and acq.fee) add $34/mo, pre-tax.

I feel like something is off with my Dealer despite them disclosing what is going on. Mind checking these numbers? Apparently, I'm being told that T6s and also inscriptions have higher rates. That being said the sales guy thinks they marked up the Money Rate a bit on the T6 because the sale price is so low. I really don't like the silver interior of the Dynamic. I'm also thinking these prices aren't good enough for cars with 5000 miles on them. I'm in MN so taxes are 6.5% and on the lease cost.

No information on either of those incentives. You'll have to check with GEICO and AmEx.

We suggest you skip the large up front payment. That money would be lost if the car is stolen or totaled.

And yes, negotiate your best price before applying the incentives.

Hi Guys I'm Looking at a 2018 Volvo XC90. I was told I could get up to 6750 off MSRP of $59,175 with myCostco membership. 

I was told that my payment would be $599 for 36 months with $3,000 down at signing included my 1st payment T&T. Can someone tell me where I should be on this? Thank you!
