Total payment w Tax: $392

I calculated w lease calculator and came up with $300 total at that price, at 0.00003 MF and 50% residual. Im not factoring any other fees in, but even at $1000 fees, it would only be $330ish

Any insight here?

To me, it may be a way to make it look better than what it is. That is the advertised pricing on the site, but the $395 a month all in doesnt make it add up.
