    Hello, May I have the MF, RV, and incentives for a 2017 Sedan Auto Grand Touring for 36/12k? I'm in upstate NY. Thanks in advance!
    56% and .00001. $1200 lease cash
    Is the MF of 0.00001 accurate? That converts to an APR of 0.0024%. Was told that is impossibly low and should be 2.4% instead (0.001 MF). Credit is excellent. What am I missing?
    4 zeroes after the decimal point is correct. You aren't missing anything. Maximum dealer markup is .00050, so they couldn't charge .00100, even if they wanted to.
    Thanks. Also, is the $1,200 lease cash added after negotiating the capitalized cost or is this included in negotiating the capitalized cost below invoice? Sorry for the stupid questions, this is my first time leasing.

    Likely the $1200 is included in any offer from the dealer; but, it doesn't hurt to ask for a lower price to account for it and see what they say.

    Also, we suggest you work with multiple dealers - the competition should get you the best price.

    I just got quoted a lease (36/12) on a 2017 Mazda 3 Touring 2.5 Automatic HB in White. In PA.

    Sale Price $23,000 (not including rebates)
    Rebates = $1771
    MF = .00051
    Residual = 56%
    Fees = $296

    This quote seems pretty fair to me. However, the money Factor seems higher than expected. Can I try to negotiate this lower?

    Thanks for any advice.

    MF is marked up the max allowed. Politely tell the dealer you won't sign a deal with the inflated MF. They know the base rate.

    Good Evening,

    I'm about to start negotiations on a 2017 White Pearl Mica Mazda 3 GT base sedan with manual transmission.

    MSRP on sticker is $24,180 and I'm located in Columbus, OH (Franklin County).

    I'm leaning towards 36-39months / 12-15k.
    What % off MSRP to shoot for pre-incentives?

    Thanks for doing this, it is extremely helpful.

    Thanks Michaell. I'm working on a new deal on a fully-loaded 3 grand touring 6spd with an MSRP of $27196. The dealer is quoting me $291 for 36/12k, or $308 for 36/15k. I feel like it should be closer to $270 for 36/12, but I might be missing something.

    Edit: I forgot the numbers!
    $1080 lease cash
    $500 loyalty
    $500 auto show cash
    $1120 dealer discount
    -------
    $3200 total discount

    Thank you!

    How much is due at signing?

    If all other charges are paid upfront, and the adjusted CAP was $23,996 ($3200 off), then the payment would be $267/mo. for 36/15

    Interesting, thanks!

    Nothing due at signing other than the last 2 months of my current Mazda 6 lease @ 329.

    Edit: It looks like the dealer they would be trading with had marked up the MSRP, which is actually $25,820.

    So, after rebates it comes to $22,620.

    $250 doc fee
    $853.87 sales tax
    $48.50 license and title

    (23,772.37 total purchase price)

    36/15 @ 308
    36/12 @ 291

    Nothing due at signing.
