Ah, OK. MA taxes the monthly payment.

If I add the fees listed to the selling price, I get a payment of $687/mo with tax included. Pretty close to the $689/mo quote

Destination fee is part of the MSRP.

A SOCAL dealer is quoting me .00100 mf but you mentioned it is .00135 for Southern California. Ill rather take the .00100, i havent double checked with the dealer yet but I'm just trying to run the correct numbers.

We don't have the Western Region numbers, this month. If they say .00100, I'd run with it. They usually don't differ that much.

Thanks for all the help edmunds family! I just pulled the trigger on a 2017 premium GX460 and couldn't be happier. I was looking into other midsized 3rd row vehicles X5, XC90, MDX....etc, but I couldn't see myself buying a crossover type vehicle (Aka imho, lifted MINIVANS with regular doors instead of sliding doors.) I also considered the 4runner TRD Off road premium. I wouldve sacrificed the 3rd row but i check around a couple of dealers and they all said MSRP only. TRD Pro, was 5k OVER msrp. So at $47k plus taxes and fees for a 4Runner Trd off road,  makes more sense for me to look into the GX460 for a couple more grand. Whats not to love about the GX, fulltime 4wd, center locking diff, 3rd row for my children. Although dated, the interior is lightyears ahead of the 4R in terms of quality fit and finish.

 Here's my deal for anyone that wants to reference or compare if you're in a market for a GX460. I think my deal is pretty fair, probably not the best deal in the world but fair imo.

If you are rolling the taxes and fees into the payment, I get $730/mo. Your quote of $650 looks really strong, if it is truly only $650 due at signing.

That's correct. 39/12 residual is 60%.
39/10 = 61% residual
.00135 MF is also correct

If I roll in the $1750 in fees, for 39/12, I get $626/mo.+tax.
